I prefer the front for the more scenic view.

I prefer the front just cuz you can see what's coming up and there is a better view.

It depends on the coaster. On almost all Inverted coasters you want the front, because you can't see a thing from the back. However, on some hyper coasters and woodies, you get much better airtime in the back. Overall, I prefer the back, because it generally has better airtime.

I agree with Yankee Cannonball. On inverted and floorless, the front is much better. However, on certain coasters, like the Cyclone at SFNE, which my friend Yankee Cannonball seems to dislike, the back is much better. My very general rule, for great inversions, plant your backside in the front seat, but for airtime, go in the back.

I ALWAYS ride in the back row if i can help it, if I am going to wait for a coaster i want the most intense experience!

it so depends on the coaster. with woods, always back. with all B+M's and all hypers EXCEPT arrow and morgan, front.

I always rode the front of any coaster...until the Hulk that is.
It's a much better ride in the back than in the front, especially after the first brake, serious airtime.

Depends on the coaster type. For Texas Tornado, I always ride in back because it is soooo intense. Perfect circle loops. over 5g's!

Back on steel loopers and GhostRider. Front on everything else.

Front = faster going uphill
Back = faster going down hill
Personally I prefer the Front !

It depends on the coaster. For instance GhostRider is a really good coaster in the fron. But in the backseat, it's coaster heaven.
Also Viper(SFMM) is Awful and painful in the front. In the back it's sheer megalooper delight.

I really like the front on all the coaster i try to ride every roller coaster at six flags fiesta texas in the front. I have done this like 2 or 3 times already and hope i can do it this week cause i am going for my friend birthday.
