I was visiting the park this Sunday May 20th... I noticed that the area for the 2002 attraction has been completley cleared... It appears to be a pretty large space. I was wondering if anyone else was looking around the basket toss like I was I was wondering if maybe it would be a B&M Invert, however that would make 3 inverted rides if you count Reptar... It just doesn't seem to be enough room for a hyper or giga, and they really need a B&M ride... What other rides are possible for that area??? I hope its not a poorly themed dark ride:roll:)

I think that PKI has so much in stored for 2002. I think that rather than trying to be the park with just the most rollercoasters they will have more theming, and they will get out of the small area that were used to and venture out into the woods. They will have more flatrides back there and it will really be something.

1. Inferno- spin N spew(Where Flight Commander was?)
2. Tomb Raider- enclosed dark ride or liquid coaster(PARAMOUNT Action Zone or by FOF)
3. Vekoma Flying, TA2K, B&M Floorless/Invert, or Hyper/Giga(Rivertown)
WE NEED A B&M!!!!!!!!!

I'm pretty sure it's gonna be a coaster in Rivertown because:
1) A Tomb Raider ride has nothing to do with Rivertown's theme
2)The land space extends back pretty far, too much land for a ride building.
3) PKI is still in the race for coasters, they keep adding, they need a new steel coaster.
This will all be proven true on July 2,2001.
I agree with you Inferno. I was there on Saturday and it looks like they just keep clearing more and more land every time I go. There is too much land for a flat ride definetly. Nice size for a coaster though. I cant wait for PKI to make the official anouncement though.
