My two favorite genres of movie would have to be comedy and horror. I love comedy movies SOOO much because it reflects to my personality: I am a very comical person. I love horror movies because I like to get a good scare sometimes. Watching horror movies in the dark with some friends is almost as good as riding coasters.....Emphasis on "almost." Watching horror films and comedies give you a special kind of thrill: an emotional thrill. I love comedies and horror movies!

What's your favorite sort of movie?

I can't check any of those because my favorite is drama. I guess if I had to go with my second, it would be action/adventure.

I like my monster movies. Coming in second would be comedy.

My favorite is horror, they are fun too watch with my girlfriend, especially when she jumps back. Second would be erotic, sorry if it sounds perverted but he gave the option. But I wonder who will tell the truth and pick it, cause I know most of the members here are teenagers, myself included.

Amen to that. I totally agree. I love to laugh, as long as the jokes aren't dirty. Funny movies for the most part tend to put me in a good mood. I like that.

Action all the way. Nothing like seeing a bunch of people beat each other up.

Some erotic moveis are good, others are flat out crap. However I voted for Horror. I am in a horror phase at the moment and am looking to collect the Nightmare on Elm Street collection. Already have the Scream and Urban Legend collections, as well as the Child's Play sans Bride of Chucky..

Where's drama? Drama films are good. What about indie? Being a filmmaker, I enjoy indie flicks because they are artsy and have cool sybolism and stuff in them. How about classic? I don't think classic can really be classified as a type of movie, but classics are my favorites. I love old B&W (haha, I almost wrote B&M) films.

I like comedy. My favorites are with Adam Sandler. The best was Waterboy follewed by Happy Gilmore.

Comedy is my favorite genre. There is absolutely nothing better than a good laugh. I watched Jim Carrey is the Grinch for the first time last night, and he pulled it off perfectly.

Ive had a few to many myself The Three Stooges are some of the funniest around.
A few other of my favorite Stooge quotes that come to mind.

Governor: "You have a choice. You may either have your heads cut off or you may be burned at the stake!"
Curly: "We'll take burning at the stake!"
Moe: "Why'd you pick burning at the stake for?"
Curly: "Because a hot stake is better then cold chops!"

Curly: "You know, I quit my job at that bakery"
Girl: "Why?"
Curly: "Oh, I got sick of the dough, and thought I'd go on the loaf"

Curly: "Medicine, huh"? (He drinks it) "I feel better already!"
Moe: "What was wrong with you?"
Curly: "Nothing"
