Not sure, but you would have to give strong consideration to SFMM, SFGAM and SFoG. All have gotten 2 major attractions (albeit All of them got a Deja Vu)

No question about it, SFO, it gained the Seaword side, got a new coaster and is now SFWOA, the park has gone from okay to great!

I think the most improved park is by far SFMM. They are getting two sweet rides right after Goliath. What more could they add? You can improve much more than the first Arrow forth dimension and new Vekoma Giant Boomerang.

My vote goes to Six Flags Magic Mountain for two reasons. One, the park is getting three new coasters this year. Secondly, I have noticed lots of fresh coats of paint on buildings and some coasters along with other general park improvements. At least the park is not just focusing on their new coasters this year.

Six Flags Worlds Of Adeventure
05-24-2001, 11:14 PM
Six Flags Great Adsventure the only thing it really needed was a Hypercoaster and now it has it! SFMM didn't really need any of those 3 rides. SF just added them to make MM the park with the most coasters. Next on the list that SFGADv needs is a
higher wooden, but must keep Rolling Thunder

Yay! Kudos to Magic Mountain this year for Panda Express, X, Deja Vu, Goliath JR, fresh paint on buildings, minor to major rehabs on Goliath, Psyclone, Ninja, Superman: The Escape, GoldRusher and Flashback! Plus the new train(s) on Flashback & Viper. They are actually cleaning up their act! Woohoo!

SFOG Because They Have Acrafobia!

Silver Dollar City is a great park, absolutely beautiful.

I would say SFMM thaks to the $35.00 that I spent on a seson pass for Elitch Gardens.
probably in europe it would be Holiday Park in germany .. a 203ft hypercoaster built by intamin...that'll put them on the map!
Wow sweet deal, you only have to pay $35 becuase it's a crappy park, and then you can just go to other parks .

I'd say SFWOA. They get a great new coaster and an entire new park. We can expect great things from that park in coming years, as Six Flags tries to compete directly with the Point.
05-26-2001, 12:57 PM
Probably WoA. MM is up there too.
SFMM all the way, dont forget the maajor rehab on Batman, this reide runs better when it first opend, also Roaring Rabits added lots of new pumps , making it wetter than ever!
05-26-2001, 06:37 PM
he didnt pay 35 bucks cuz its a crap park.all six flags parks cost the same for a season pass. i paid 38 bucks for mine cuz of the rite-aid deal.
05-27-2001, 12:20 AM
i would say sfgam cuz its getting v2 and deja vu, plus it has bull and viper, i think it gets better every year, and there aren't 2 long of lines, unless for one of the brand new rides, but that just leaves the long lines for the good rides that r a lil older, short, so u can go on them /w out having 2 wait 2 hours.
05-27-2001, 04:03 AM
Sorry, Riddler you're wrong about season passes being the same. SFGAm is about $85 while other SF parks are cheaper. I got my pass at SFWoA for only $55. The SF parks do differ on season pass price depending on the quality of the park. Don't believe me, check out SF park's websites. Check out these SF parks: MM,GAm,GAd then check out these SFparks: EG,WoA,StL you'll see the difference.
05-27-2001, 12:28 PM
most improved are SFMM, SFWOA, SDC, and Dorney park.
05-27-2001, 12:46 PM
4 sfgam i got my pass for $60, so i ain't complainin that much, cuz if i go a lot it will be worth every penny, and yes i not that is expensive $85, they really should lower that price.
05-27-2001, 04:36 PM
Hey - I think someone up there said something about new trains on Viper and Whiplash - I mean Flashback at SFMM - is this true??
05-27-2001, 06:32 PM
Well there not brand new they have been through a major refurbisment. They are riding like their brand new, flashback is smoother then it has ever been and Viper is running faster and smoother then i've ever seen it. Next is Colossus and Revolution there the next on the list for Refurbisments. Let's just hope they take off the OTSR's on the REV or make them better, and Colossus is set to go throught a major rehab in 2002 like psyclone did this year.
05-27-2001, 07:03 PM
definately magic mountain
05-28-2001, 01:47 AM
gotta give it up to the home parks. PKD- new coaster, fixed FOF, repainted anaconda, fastpass, and did anyone else notice the new cusionns on the woodies?? Oh and BGW for the transoformation into IrElAnD

Two separate threads to respond to here:
Season pass prices do vary from park to park, as well as when you buy them. I paid $47 each for mine at SFMM back at the end of December. Rite Aid right now has them $50, or the park for $60 if you have a coupon. SFMW up the road a way charges $60.
Most improved park: I'm a SFMM person myself, and love all the work they've done and are doing (haven't noticed the Viper rehab, and Superman and Goliath got normal offseason maitainance AFAIK, but the others I can verify.) But my vote would have to go to SFWoA (formerly SFO, Sea World, etc.) To go from a small park to what it is now in two years and the large number of rides and coasters, it is easily the most improved park.
