I think Moulin Rouge had the best makeup, but that isnt what I ever look for.

I agree with rocketman23 who really cares about makeup except the makeup artists and those executives who can claim there movie won an osacr? I went with Moulin Rouge because it was great makeup (I think)

Planet of the apes and Harry Potter could probably go for this but I havent seen either


its a VERY tough tie between LOTR and Moulin rouge

Even though I havent seen it i'll say LOTR

Moulin Rouge is going to get it just because the film was almost based upon having the right make-up. That movie was so horrible, but I guess you have to give it this for atleast trying to accomplish something.

I have to say Lord Of The Rings. Can you imagine how much work they had to do to make the actors and actresses look like that?
