The company that built Magic Springs is trying to build a park right downtown. Today, they asked the city for some money, but the city hasn't given them a respnse. I think this is good news, because it shows that thay are thinking about it. I sure hope the Mayor comes through.

Well, there have been some notable "publicly financed" failures recently but I do think Nashville would sustain another amusement park. Concentrating on the teen/young adult market with the attractions certainly won't hurt. Is this another park destined to be owned by Six Flags one day?

Ya, I annouced this a couple moths ago and the other day on the news they were talking about it. They were interviewing old people who were saying "we don't need to pay for it," but Adults and teens they interviewed were excited, as was I. It'll be right downtown Next to Adelphia Collesium (where the Titans play). I would give anything to see this happen, even though i'll be off at college by the time it's finished.

I don't think there would be a website for the park, considering it isn't even finished yet, but I too would like to see a park near us and isn't a 10 hour drive from SFOG... i guess there's Wild Adventures, but that place isn't very good (although i don't know how good this park will/may be)...
