I Need Help!

I know this question might sound very stupid and seem that I am retarted but...

I love playing RCT1 & 2, but never have found out how to make a building and put a roof on it.

(1) How do you do this?
(2) How do you make them more than one story?
(3) Can you view them from all 4 angles?

If someone could help me it would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a scenery stacking problem. Simply get the piece of scenery you wish to add, hold down SHIFT and place accordingly. Shift + up and down movement of the mouse will stack the scenery.

Yes it is viewable from all 4 angles.

That pretty much covers it. I had the same question when I started wanting to build taller buildings.

Also, you can do the same thing with rides, you can hold down shift, then move the mouse below ground, and build your ride under ground.
