Custom Scenary for RCT2...

Does anyone know how to make like custom signs or walls for rct2...I was trying to figure this out but I didn't find anywhere that has step by step instructions on how to make something. I wanted to make something very plane, just a sign that had the paramount logo on it.

It's for the park and I just need it about the size of a 1X1 wall or a 1X1/2 wall. If possible even both sizes would do. I just need it for certain things around the park. If anyone knows where I can find a program and step by step instructions on how to make a sign like this can you post a link or help me out. Thanks a lot!
