View Full Version : Post any spam (forum or PM) here
About this thread:
Post a link to the thread and page number to the offending post. Be sure to include the name of the member who spammed. Spam can be posts that are not relevant to the topic, extremely short answers ("yes" or "no") after a question has been answered, or totally off-topic posts. Spam can also be total nonsense. It's pretty much up to your and the mods' judgement.
If you receive spam PMs, please post the username and copy/paste the content of the message here. Check back at the latest posts, as you may have received the same PM as others have, and the matter has already been resolved. In that case, just delete the PM.

Got it, thanks Wildefyre. And deleted the two needless post above mine...also spam.

This post is spam - http://thrillnetwork.com/boards/showthread.php?p=562259#post562259

This guy is just advertising his site, and its not that good also. http://www.thrillnetwork.com/boards/showthread.php?p=562435#post562435
BTW ^ is spam also.
03-26-2005, 04:14 PM
EDH, looks like it has already been taken care of, thanks.
MontuMan, if you post in this thread, I assume you have some spam to mention...otherwise your posts ARE spam.
And Diesel, thanks for reporting yourself. Generally easier to delete your own post though.

http://www.thrillnetwork.com/boards/showthread.php?p=562976 post #16
Total spam, a stupid post that has nothing to do with the topic at hand.
03-29-2005, 02:37 PM
This guy is doing pure advertising and not being very PG about it:
03-29-2005, 04:13 PM
I removed that Drewbie, I think that person didn't get the point the first time when he tried registering with the username he said he wanted...
04-24-2005, 05:16 PM
Completely off topic.
04-24-2005, 06:32 PM
How is that any different from the argument the rest of you had about fanboyism? Until I sort everything out, it stays.
04-25-2005, 07:09 PM
Uh, does repetivie offensive language qualify as spam?
04-25-2005, 07:28 PM
Looks like Kyle Rehm got it...And we are also looking into others...thanks Ramblin.
05-04-2005, 06:07 AM
Both spam for advertising "pyramid schemes" if I am correct?
05-04-2005, 12:53 PM
05-04-2005, 01:04 PM
Eh, I deleted it.
05-04-2005, 02:12 PM
They have been taken care of.
05-05-2005, 11:18 AM
googles post (#20 I think)
05-09-2005, 03:34 PM
You may want to take a look at his posts/threads. He has a lot of spam. He also said he is 12, which I thought you have to be 13 to post here. http://www.thrillnetwork.com/boards/member.php?userid=10354
05-09-2005, 04:08 PM
We are getting that edh, thanks.
05-29-2005, 06:35 PM
I haven't said anything in a while, but people are still wishing people happy birthdays to members who haven't posted in years, and people who it isn't even their b-day... http://www.thrillnetwork.com/boards/showthread.php?p=581061#post581061
05-29-2005, 08:04 PM
I posted something...
This is not really spam, but a misplaced thread IMO.
They are talking about plans and rumors for 06 for Dollywood. None of which have been annouced yet.
Looks like it should be in the rumors section IMO.
05-30-2005, 03:11 PM
So why didn't you post in "Post URLs of topics to be MOVED."
No problem Wes, I moved it to rumors.
05-31-2005, 06:58 PM
#23, 24 http://www.thrillnetwork.com/boards/showthread.php?t=34733&page=2
Don't want to make another post, but RidesKid133 has some double posts in that thread also.
05-31-2005, 08:17 PM
Yep, brilliant. Got them. Thanks Edh.
06-03-2005, 01:12 AM
Probably this whole page. lol. http://thrillnetwork.com/boards/showthread.php?p=582295#post582295
06-05-2005, 10:59 PM
Um yah. Pointless to. He should just delete it him self.
06-06-2005, 09:02 AM
Got the second...trying to figure the first.
06-16-2005, 02:45 PM
If you want some spam, just read any of the VF threads that seemed to have poped up everywhere. This thread page being a prime example:
I mean, do they have to post that they are going to the park this weekend 17 times over the course of a week, then repeat it in every VF thread? Good god.
06-16-2005, 04:12 PM
God is good, Drewbie.
And I'm deleting those posts, thanks again. By the way, you are 4 drinks behind me.
06-17-2005, 11:50 PM
Deleted. Thanks edh.
06-21-2005, 10:54 AM
coolstarwasim in a VF thread. Imagine that.
06-21-2005, 04:10 PM
So's the one before it. Imagine that. And I got it from the Lemon Chill guy. Thanks Drew.
06-22-2005, 02:29 PM
I think these same 4 kids think the VF topics are their chat rooms. It's varying between "I like RCT2 better" to "I'm going with a bunch of girls tomorrow".
I say mass bannings! (thus proving, yet again, why I should not have mod powers)
06-22-2005, 09:17 PM
And now they're discussing Drewbie's post /\
I say we make a trade to the band team for Coke Cool and a player to be named later.
06-23-2005, 04:13 AM
I'm closing that thread temporarily so I can remove the trash.
06-23-2005, 01:26 PM
"I'm going with a bunch of girls tomorrow".
I say mass bannings! (thus proving, yet again, why I should not have mod powers)
why should he be banned for that? come on, that relates to the name of the thread. I realize that some things said by some people are off topic, but why ban? If you have a problem with it, you dont have to read it.
06-23-2005, 01:46 PM
That is his opinion (if you could clearly see), which we do not follow. If you can see, no one is banned because of it, because that decision is left to the staff.

http://www.thrillnetwork.com/boards/showthread.php?t=35394 Ok this guy is going crazy advertising.
07-21-2005, 09:46 AM
Brian and I took care of it. He has also been billed for the advertising.
07-23-2005, 10:14 AM
It appears to be a referral link...
07-23-2005, 10:52 AM
This is gonna be a huge charge to him...thanks!
07-26-2005, 12:00 PM

07-26-2005, 04:51 PM
07-29-2005, 04:28 PM
Of what thread?
07-29-2005, 04:39 PM
07-30-2005, 09:14 PM
http://www.thrillnetwork.com/boards/showpost.php?p=596682&postcount=27 I think it is kinda a meaningless post. Do you?
07-30-2005, 09:31 PM
^^ You think all of my posts are meaningless. I was showing gratitude to someone. If I gave a link and someone really enjoyed reading it, It would make me feel good for them to tell me. Whatever though. Attack me .
07-30-2005, 09:39 PM
Well some of them are. You need to explain a little bit more in your post about the topic.
07-30-2005, 09:43 PM
yea, i've noticed some of your posts are a little low-key when it comes to the clarity and length. it's mostly just a one or two line post that is off topic.
07-30-2005, 09:43 PM
^^ Nobody wants to read a story book so I put my thoughts into as little words as possible and get my point across quickly
I'll never post again, Happy?
07-30-2005, 09:47 PM
yea, but it can't be off topic or too short. that's spam
07-30-2005, 09:49 PM
^ Your right they need to be long and meaningfull like our posts.
07-31-2005, 10:00 AM
Whoa guys...I seem to recall warning the both of you on spam, so don't go thinking that you are immune to it. Rachel, xbadx and TopDrag, if you 3 feel the need to take this discussion further, do so in a chat room, private messages, or an instant message program. I will look at the link in question.
08-13-2005, 10:38 AM
08-13-2005, 12:12 PM
lol, you beat me to it. That's stupid all right!
08-26-2005, 02:25 PM
Not really spam, but this isn't really a links board either. I mean, can't we have a bit more than a link and "Read this!"?
08-26-2005, 03:01 PM
I'll agree to that Drew. I'd like to make a suggestion. I think that when posting a link, there should be some information given as to what the link is about. It would be nice to know what the hell I'm clicking on beforehand. Also, in some instances, I think that perhaps a quote excerpt should even be made.
08-26-2005, 05:15 PM
^^ I totally agree. I hate clicking on a link and not having any knowledge as to what it is about. I'd rather have it presented to me so I don't have to waste my time clicking if it's something i'm not interested in.
08-26-2005, 05:31 PM
What, is it something bad?
Looks pretty spammy to me...
08-26-2005, 11:36 PM
Just to get some mods reading this, the post I mentioned barely cleared the spam blocker with 10 characters.
08-27-2005, 02:15 PM
Wouldn't be so bad if this was about a worthwhile park...
08-27-2005, 11:26 PM
You still could have used the edit button, MAchChunk. Sometimes we are not around to always be on.
Roger that, gone.
Not too sure on your's Drewbie. If someone doesn't get it tomorrow afternoon, I'll take care of it.
08-28-2005, 04:52 PM
08-28-2005, 11:06 PM
Yep, notched it.
08-29-2005, 05:16 PM
You still could have used the edit button, MAchChunk. Sometimes we are not around to always be on.
Um, when I posted that, nearly half of all the mods were online. Even you. And none of them even glanced at the topic.
08-30-2005, 03:50 PM
All of EastCoastn07's posts in the Official SFGAdv 2006 Construction Thread are spam. They are off topic and inflamatory. I realize I sent a request to Brian P and Andrew Polcyn 34 hours ago for help in the matter. I thought perhaps this was the better place to report the issue.
08-30-2005, 07:57 PM
I made a note...I need to hear EastCoastn's side before I do anything, fairly. I'll review his posts too.
09-08-2005, 12:11 AM
Isnt that nice?
09-08-2005, 01:15 AM
I don't know about the other mods, but I like it better when the page of the thread is linked, then type out the post numbers. For me, it is easier to fix posts.
Example: www.tn.com/bords......t=23455 (http://www.tn.com/bords......t=23455)
post #N, #X, #C
Deleting them anyhow, thanks James.
09-10-2005, 01:08 AM
A new member spammed a thread for no apparent reason. It's post #6
...and also the same member in this thread. Post #47. http://www.thrillnetwork.com/boards/showthread.php?p=606709#post606709
09-10-2005, 01:55 AM

Sneaking into an amusement park? Stupid thread.
09-12-2005, 12:07 PM
09-12-2005, 02:32 PM
He's been billed for his advertising.
09-12-2005, 04:32 PM
post #2. I don't even know what he means by that.
09-12-2005, 06:46 PM
I guess your really sensitive, i will delete the post just for you:)
09-25-2005, 06:50 PM
Not only is it a blatant spam, its a lie!
09-25-2005, 07:09 PM
No it's really not. He lifts higher than you I know, but he's just typing 1 pound heavier to make you angry. In reality his bench is 385, Squat 510, and Deadlift 515.
09-25-2005, 07:15 PM
I'll wait for another mod to fix this one...but I've never heard of Jose Conseco. Jose Canseco, I have heard of.
09-27-2005, 08:23 PM
Not spam, but Vekoma hang n bang's post is using shorthand in a few places. Maybe you could send him a warning before he does it again.
09-28-2005, 11:09 PM
Pretty pointless post...
10-11-2005, 11:22 AM
10-19-2005, 04:28 PM
http://www.thrillnetwork.com/boards/showthread.php?p=614538#post614538 From about post 170 to 177.
Cant read tread anymore as the discussion has nothing to do with the park and the grammer skills are horrible.
10-19-2005, 05:04 PM
10-20-2005, 08:10 PM
Do we really need people checking in everyday to the gas price thread giving us a daily update?
10-28-2005, 03:11 PM
10-28-2005, 03:54 PM
Heh, you beat me to it. Someone advertising their Vegas site.
10-28-2005, 07:02 PM
For some of you, I think it would be easier if you stuck to just reporting the thread, than posting such as "Thank you for posting on the internet" and such posts. But it looks like it has been taken care of.
11-01-2005, 09:55 PM
For obvious reason. I usually don't post 'help' but this one just a too much.
11-02-2005, 01:08 AM
11-02-2005, 09:07 AM
11-02-2005, 09:17 AM
I can't find any better place to put this, but it's some weird link to yahoo.
11-02-2005, 04:32 PM
More like an email address, but both threads have been taken care of (or edited).
11-12-2005, 07:53 PM
Do I even need to explian?
11-12-2005, 08:31 PM
No I think you need to give me a 15 page dissertation on why that was spam.
Just kidding, I notched it.
11-14-2005, 10:00 PM
Almost all of nitroluver's posts are useless spam. They are one or two word posts that do not contribute to the site or conversation. For example, http://www.thrillnetwork.com/boards/showpost.php?p=621736&postcount=16, does not answer the question at hand. Most of his posts are just "looks awesome". He does not use punctuation or capitals. I do not know the complete rules of the site, but he is 11 years old, which I thought was too young.
11-20-2005, 12:49 PM
SPAMKING truley is the Spam King. He is starting threads w/o giving his opinion really.
^ Looks like a candidate to be banned. Just look at his sig.
11-25-2005, 03:54 PM
This is just sad.
^ nicely said! he starts threads that lirerrally clones of other threads and he exxagerates badly on thorpe park's new launched coaster! He wouldnt last for 2 months MAX at TN!
11-26-2005, 01:46 PM
I don't know who you are referring to, but the one reported above you has been here since 2001. The one two posts above you is already gone.
Please just use this thread to report spam, not to comment on it.
^ i'm talking about SPAMKING
11-26-2005, 02:14 PM
He's been banned two days already...the issue is dead.
11-27-2005, 12:02 AM
Um....is the entire topic spam?
11-27-2005, 12:29 AM
That is message board... that stuff belongs there. But the thread is pretty stupid tho.
Looks like another advertiser has joined
Thats a dead link so I'm going to assume that it's taken care of.
11-28-2005, 08:58 PM
This post is making fun of grammatical errors, yet the poster spells things wrong himself. (http://www.thrillnetwork.com/boards/showpost.php?p=624309&postcount=113)
11-28-2005, 09:01 PM
Quit trying to get people in trouble. It is hardly spam.
12-02-2005, 09:47 AM
Not so much spam as it is creative advertising. I had to read it twice to catch it, but I knew that a member named "traveler" with 1 post about his trip to Milan on a rollercoaster site just didn't feel kosher.
^ That is the 2nd one like that to pop up.
Must be written by the guy in Africa who wants to put some of his millions in my checking account.
12-04-2005, 07:38 PM
Has gone way off topic. Its not really offensive, just way off topic, to the point that dorney or any of the construction is not even mentioned.
12-04-2005, 09:59 PM
Took care of it, and it looks like someone already got the milan thread. Thanks guys.
12-16-2005, 09:34 AM
So, we've not got a thread about gas prices, and now two about which is your favorite gas station. Have we gone a bit far with stupid polls?
I vote yes!
I got one of two.
I think I will let the other die out.
12-16-2005, 07:52 PM
How about Gas Prices, Hows the weather. What do you call those? They definitely look more pointless than your favorite gas station. At least the gas station one would have died out. The threads listed below are just continuous spam posts with no discussion.
12-16-2005, 09:04 PM
^At least I know when I travel what to expect to pay for gas, so while it may not look like a productive thread, it is.
How's the weather looks good enough as long as it doesn't drift anywhere too much.
As far as the overrated/underrated polls...isn't that why there are some threads around (I'm sure) of favorite ________?
12-16-2005, 09:33 PM
^ www.gasprices.com has gas prices nationwide.
At least make the posts for the gas prices thread and the weather thread not count (like in the games section) because they are both endless spam threads.
12-16-2005, 10:42 PM
We cannot do that for individual threads. Someone already brought up that similar idea for the Birthday Wishes thread.
12-20-2005, 08:48 PM
The spam has arrived here (http://www.thrillnetwork.com/boards/showpost.php?p=629238&postcount=81).
12-21-2005, 05:34 AM
I got it, thanks.
12-23-2005, 04:17 PM
12-24-2005, 01:47 AM
Then you saw it, now you don't.
12-25-2005, 09:01 PM
Fisrt post on page 28. http://www.thrillnetwork.com/boards/showthread.php?t=36402&page=28.
12-26-2005, 03:15 AM
Samtastic at the bottom of the page. 2 posts
Thank you. I got the samtastic stuff.
12-26-2005, 03:22 PM
Wait, who deleted my post? Montu Man's post was the spammy one, not mine.
And now that I realize that my post actually had a birthday wish in it, it's even more ridiculous that anyone would delete my post.
Maybe I should ban you for voting against me a few years ago in the stupid staff poll. ;)
MachChunk, just post a happy birthday to Calvin again. I deleted it because it was referencing a post I deleted, and I didn't want people confusing it with the post above it.
He bumps a thread 4 years old for nothing.
12-28-2005, 12:06 PM
Got it, thanks.
They're back advertising again
I wish they'd find somewhere else to post.
12-30-2005, 01:41 PM
I call this one!!
01-01-2006, 10:29 PM
Sir hangnbang #27.
EDIT:: I now notice that he has deleted his completely spamful post, which just said "Anyone????". But you can thank me anyway.
01-01-2006, 11:53 PM
I know I didn't delete it, someone else must have.
01-01-2006, 11:56 PM
I did. Thanks MontuMan.
01-05-2006, 07:32 PM
This could be advertising....and those videos probably suck too.
01-05-2006, 08:12 PM
You can see the same crap at eBaum's. Deleted and warned.
01-08-2006, 09:22 PM
Spammy if you ask me
01-08-2006, 10:04 PM
I don't see the spam.
01-10-2006, 09:48 PM
So "great show this week" isn't spam.
01-10-2006, 10:25 PM
It would be the same if I said "Crappy show this week." and had nothing else to say.
01-16-2006, 06:32 PM
I am pretty sure this is spam
01-22-2006, 04:57 PM
Complete garbage with language that is considered inapporpriate on this site.
...and edh is advertising tobacoo products...
01-23-2006, 12:23 AM
Edh's is really not illegal, so it can stay. It would be like me asking a bunch of underage people what beer they like.
The first one is deleted already and the user will be banned, and no MontuMan, you can't be a mod.
01-23-2006, 10:30 AM
Do we really need a thread this specific about a relatively new singer with few songs at all?
01-23-2006, 12:23 PM
The problem is... while the site may not tout them as such, they can be (and likely have been) used for illegal purposes, and was headed toward that talk of such use in the last few posts because of what they come close to resembling.
01-23-2006, 07:01 PM
Well then a thread about pencils could be closed, because pencils can be used for killing people if you stab them in the back of the head. That's illegal, right?
01-23-2006, 10:44 PM
^Don't push it.
01-24-2006, 03:11 PM
01-24-2006, 03:31 PM
02-01-2006, 06:01 PM
Post #471, by annoyed, useless post, just dissing me.
02-01-2006, 08:00 PM
It's not really spam, he is expressing his opinion on a message board. It's the same to me as someone just replying with "This is cool." Immature, yes; Spam, no.
AmusemntParkCr keeps spamming this thread over and over saying "I think they need a coaster".
He's said it 3 times already I count Post: 61, 86 and 99. And I'm sure there are more.
02-03-2006, 10:31 AM
There's certainly more. I just made a post in that thread also telling him that he's spamming, but since I'm not a mod I don't know that it means much of anything. But there are a couple of people now telling him to stop saying the same thing over and over.
02-03-2006, 10:57 AM
Hopefully now he won't be so generic. I gave him something to think about.
02-03-2006, 01:04 PM
Well, I guess he didn't get the hint. He's already back with another one. I sent him a PM about it this time, but he's seemingly oblivous to what anyone else is saying to him. *shakes head*
He also went around starting a bunch of threads like "what do you think Busch Gardens will get next year?" and did it for a lot of parks.
Pure speculation threads are basically spam anyway when you have nothing to base the rumors on IMO.
02-03-2006, 07:50 PM
Sent a PM this time. I am hoping he gets the message. I looked up his posts, all are two sentences or less.
02-04-2006, 05:44 AM
go Katie go!
02-07-2006, 10:08 AM
This guy is obviously selling something: http://www.thrillnetwork.com/boards/showthread.php?t=37737

And this guy obviously doesn't get it after repeated warnings, posts & replies, and PM's. AmusemntParkCr is back again on the same thread with the same stupid message again, except in all caps this time.
I think he should be banned for 2 weeks.
He obviously is either an idiot or he is ignoring everything we have said.
I think a 2 week ban would do him good.
02-07-2006, 12:05 PM
ahh, leave that part up the mods. We don't want to step on their toes as well. :)
02-07-2006, 05:44 PM
Sometimes nice suggestions are heard and used...
It kinda goes back to where I work...the supervisors will help you out if you are nice, but if you bug and ***** and moan, they ain't gonna.
Banned one, looks to be the same with the other...maybe multiple times. ;)
02-07-2006, 05:56 PM
yeah, he kind of has a familiar feeling about him for some reason. :) Keep up the good work Andrew.
02-07-2006, 07:55 PM
The Never Ending Story is getting a little out of hand:
an 80 year old lady in a thong then he...
"I did it with asperling last night. Yes, I am truley a gay man."
02-07-2006, 08:54 PM
02-07-2006, 09:11 PM
Then knock off the gay jokes or the thread WILL be closed.
02-08-2006, 03:48 PM
Somebody want to put an end to the rediculous posts that are in this tread http://www.thrillnetwork.com/boards/showthread.php?p=639048#post639048
The last 6 or 7 posts are just plain stupid. Triple posts, argumentive posts and just out right asking for trouble. Getting tired of the use less crap that gets posted in some of these treads.
Has anybody heard of punctuation and proper internet posting.
Fatius is now causing problems and being rude to the staff.
What is up this week? is it the moon or something?
02-08-2006, 04:15 PM
I got it! A triple violation -- SPAM, flaming, and triple-post -- it seems we have here.
And I suspect another case of age misrepresentation. What are we going to do with this guy?
EDIT: Have no worries gentlemen, he is history!
Thanks Johnny and Wes!
02-08-2006, 07:08 PM
^Oh please. I am just trying to help the site out by keeping some spam in check. No one asked for your opinion on my contribution.
02-14-2006, 01:17 PM
This seems like it's little more than spamming another website, since the person he's talking about isn't a member here and it's really only talking about why people should check the site out with a link:
02-14-2006, 01:28 PM
Yes she is, she is listed at the bottom with birthdays...
02-14-2006, 01:37 PM
Ahh, my mistake. Guess it was the lack of activity since February of 2004 that had me confused. 2 years is quite a while, and it does still seem spammish to me.
But then that's just me. So I won't worry about it. :)
02-14-2006, 07:48 PM
Eh, it's borderline but I'll leave it. She is/was a member and had some posts and people have wished other people not on the boards a happy birthday as well.
I've noticed that Coasterman20 is going around reviving old threads only to post 1 line comments.
Like the How close to a park and Vote for the best avatar.
Both were 2 years old and he just posted a 1 line comment.
I see that Coasterman 20 has been doing such. I tried a couple minutes looking for Coasterman20 with no success. :)
03-02-2006, 01:11 PM
Not just spam, but highly innapropriate
03-07-2006, 04:59 PM
Got it, thanks.
03-07-2006, 06:41 PM
I would say this needs to be moved but I can't think of where it would go since it's pretty much pointless anyway ...
03-07-2006, 07:07 PM
I agree with you, I don't see a point for discussion in that one. And with several other BGW topics out there to be had, the court finds the thread starter guilty of SPAM; I hereby sentence the thread to the symoblic pad lock. Court's adjourn!
Thank you, my good friend. :)
I think this whole thread and the original post pretty much count as spam.
The starter post of the thread sure is IMO.
all he did was say the same thing the guy above him did, and didn't even explain why he felt that way.
03-10-2006, 01:07 PM
ummm...i dont even know what to classify this as
I deleted it.
He loves to spam this thread.
And I'm not even mentioning the KKK stuff going on in this thread.
03-14-2006, 09:59 PM
Got the spam though. Good to see you back Wes!!
He just doesn't seem to understand that every time he posts it is spam.
03-15-2006, 10:05 PM
03-18-2006, 12:05 AM
He still doesnt seem to understand what spam is
03-20-2006, 09:03 AM
The whole post has gone completely off topic (Now a Canada vs America arguement) since the toy has been completed.
03-20-2006, 01:44 PM
Looks like someone got the first post...I closed the second, thanks WildFyre.
03-23-2006, 04:40 PM
03-23-2006, 04:50 PM
^I don't think his purpose is to advertise though.
04-01-2006, 01:37 PM
Such a dumb topic.. http://thrillnetwork.com/boards/showthread.php?p=649787
04-01-2006, 05:34 PM
I don't think we can save TN today, not even if everyone reports all the spam...
04-01-2006, 05:52 PM
It's gonna be an all out spam-a-rama time...
04-01-2006, 06:08 PM
Spam on April Fools? No.
I wasn't sure where to post this:
Basically his question has been answered and they are now turning it into a discussion of the ride, which has already been discussed in other threads.
Looks like it should be closed, but that's just my opinion.
04-07-2006, 04:06 PM
I didn't really know where to put this, but this thread should be closed in my opinion since Goliath's constuction is over.
I closed the Goliath thread. The other thread I don't think needs to be closed. It looks like it will die away on it's own.
Franchise is back!!!
Uh, yeah he's like cussing and stuff.
04-07-2006, 11:01 PM
Pepople like Vekomahangnbang just need to report the threads when it comes to things like this...and NOT PARTICIPATE in the spam!
Easy enough to understand? I hope so.
04-07-2006, 11:04 PM
^What are you talking about?
Just kidding. I understand and won't do it again because I don't do bad things. :)
I must ask though, why did someone close the thread with all the K'Nex coaster videos? (nevermind, it's back open)
And um, amd heres the last post by that franchise dude...
04-07-2006, 11:26 PM
I think I read that they closed it because his coaster was already finished and that he had a story on the front page or something to that effect.
04-09-2006, 11:39 AM
Read all the posts.
04-09-2006, 11:42 AM
the franchise 2?
All of that is now taken care of. Thanks.
04-09-2006, 12:14 PM
http://www.thrillnetwork.com/boards/showthread.php?p=651847&posted=1#post651847 Post #29
I saw threads disappear right before my eyes, I tried to post in one and it told me I'm not allowed, good job guys on deleting them, not sarcastic or anything.
I'm getting rid of all of Franchises threads and posts, go ahead an post them here if you find more, he has 12 standing posts somewhere.
04-09-2006, 12:22 PM
I think I got all of his posts on the forums, he still has 10 posts somewhere... The search continues.
04-09-2006, 12:45 PM
And one thing guys...don't spam in the threads that The Franchise or any of his twins makes, just simply report them.
04-09-2006, 02:29 PM
04-09-2006, 02:35 PM
He is back again http://www.thrillnetwork.com/boards/member.php?find=lastposter&f=1 here are some posts http://www.thrillnetwork.com/boards/search.php?searchid=189143
04-09-2006, 02:39 PM
Are you able to ban his IP adress?
the franchise3 is taken care of.
04-09-2006, 02:47 PM
look again the franchise4 http://www.thrillnetwork.com/boards/member.php?u=12409
I seen that while I was searching his name on the control panel, I just had to click ban. That was easy to take care of. Thanks guys
04-09-2006, 04:13 PM
Johnny has really been on top of things today. :)
This is annoying. I make a good point in here and my post gets deleted.
Thanks.
We ask you to post spam if you find it in here, not contribute to it. If you want to report something, use this forum. If you want to place your suggestions, or comments, use the forum below this one on the main page. It helps us because we don't have to search through so many posts to take care of a problem. It will help you if you don't get in our way when we try to keep this forum clean. It certainly is not the case that we don't welcome such talk, just do so in the proper forum to actually help us out.
He posts something that has nothing to do with what we are discussing. And hasn't posted in months. So basically spam I guess.
04-16-2006, 03:38 PM
I feel dumber for having wasted 5 seconds of my life reading this pointless post ... http://www.thrillnetwork.com/boards/showpost.php?p=653387&postcount=528
He is not the only one that is spamming this thread, just the most recent one.
This is the page for April's post above.
04-16-2006, 07:23 PM
Got it guys, thanks!
04-18-2006, 04:47 PM
04-18-2006, 05:14 PM
Got it thanks.
From #156 on down it's about half spam (the whole page).
05-01-2006, 12:05 PM
I'm just at a loss for words ... I *REALLY* hope I don't ever meet this guy in real life ...
05-01-2006, 06:05 PM
I dont even know what he's talking about.
05-03-2006, 09:16 AM
Depending on your definition, it may not be completely spam, but it's not far off from it:
Someone posting about another internet petition, this time for Conneaut Lake Park. Already did the drill about them being a waste of time, then pointed them to the news page where they'll see that their "hope" have already been answered in a more realistic form.
05-03-2006, 09:34 AM
Totally different thread, so it's not a double post, but this one looks like it needs a short life:
05-03-2006, 12:01 PM
Got both of those, thanks.
05-03-2006, 12:38 PM
05-08-2006, 11:20 AM
Not sure if it classifies as spam, but new member Kaylzy99
looks like they're posting advertisements and marketing stuff....
got another advertiser.
05-10-2006, 11:25 PM
I deleted them all and warned the user....thanks.
