For a Saturday at this park, I must say that I had a FANTASTIC day. My sister, her friend, and I arrived at the park at 8:30am and waited in our first line of the day...traffic to park in the lot. We came extra early to get free tickets to the concert that was to take place later on in the day. Parking lot gates did not open until 8:47am and I got to park in the 3 row for the front of the park!!! Sweet, the closest we've ever been. The park opened at 9:44am and we were off. First off, Georgia Cyclone. Rode second to the back seat while my sister and her friend rode in the very front. First train of the day and a great ride on this cloudy, humid day. The cyclone rode extremely faster than I remember and not a trim on at all!!!! What a great way to start the day. Next up was acrophobia. Another walk-on ride and we got 2 rides before the que started to build up. I absolutely LOVE this ride. I even let my body go limp during the fall and I was floating the whole way down because I wasn't holding on to nothing!!! An absolute rush. A must try for everyone. Over to Gotham City for mindbender and Batman. Mindbender's wait was 45 min, while Batman's was 25 min. Strange, I always thought Batman had the longer wait. Not today. We had brought our lunch today and ate at 1pm.
The concert started at 6pm and was free. 95.5 the Beat was in charge of this event as well as the Truth.com people. Sammie, Co-ED, Nikki, 3rd power Strike and more were supposed to perform tonight, but due to MASSIVE thunder and lightning, the show was cancelled 40 min after in started. My sister did get to meet sammie and even got his autograph. Not a total lose I guess.
Deja-Vu IS prepped and READY TO OPEN THIS WEDNESDAY JULY 4!!!!!!! Finally, the time is coming. New purple and green fences surrounded the entrance to the ride. The exit has been painted. Ground work is finshed. They were testing all day long with what looked plastic containers filled with some type of material inside all of them. Each seat had one of these.

I will have another TR this July 4 when my family and I head out there. Kiss 104.1 is having an old school concert out there. I going for that and of course Deja-Vu

SFoG is the first to build and the first to open Deja-Vu. We have the original!!! All others are copies
