Bring back Singe-railed coasters! Sure they may be slow, but how many of you WOULD NOT want to hop on a car shaped like a horse and race your friend? Plus you can have bunny-hops galore. The only one right now is Steeplechase somewhere in England. It looks great! The one on RCT is really cool too!

I would like to see a single rail suspended made with flying seats, like what u can do in RCT. That would be awesome to ride!

Arrow tried to revive the popular Steeplechase style, but it realy wasn't that popular. I think it would be great in Lost Kennywood! The park with the only one right now is Blackpool Pleasure Beach. It has a lot old rides, like Noah's ark, maxim's flying machine, and the Grand National(wich is one of 3 coaster that race and are continues circut, the other being Gemini and La Montania Ruso).

Safety might be a concern with something like a Steeplechase.

I Love Them!

Yea, you only have a seatbelt, but it's tame!

i think it would be awesome if they made extra large track that could have single rail above and below track simultaneous cars.

I haven't been on so I wish they would bring them back! They look so fun.

You mean, if you leave on the left hand station you get of on the right? I mean one big track.

I'm sorry for my ignorance in this subject, but i have never seen a single rail and don't understand its appeal. Could someone please explain what it is and why it is cool?

Kraken. I may be wrong, but I don't remember Gemini being a continuous track, dual racer (start one side, finish on the other). I know the Grand National is one as is the Racer at Kennywood.
As for the Steeplechase being tame, I have to disagree. I was thrown around pretty good, especially when going over the "jumps". It was a blast, but I was actually scared.
Single tracks can be different than the Steeplechase. The old Wacky Soap Box Racers at Knott's was a single track, four car racing coaster. (Windjammer!?!? Knott's what were you thinking?!?!?)

Single rails are cool 'cause its like riding monorails, you can't really see the track around you. And since they only accomodate 1 to 4 people, you get a good view, plus it feels more personal.
Are there any lay-down suspended single-rails like in RCT yet? Pteranodan and FSS and both sit-down.

I wish a park would buy an Arrow single rail cuz KBF used to have one and I bought a back issue of Rollercoaster and it looked awesome. You and 3 friends racing each other would be so fun.
