View Full Version : New coaster for SFWOA?

I have heard many rumors about a new coaster for 2002 at Si Flags World of Adventure.
My friend is manager of the Batman area and said he is still not sure what they are doing but heard they are trying to get permits for a hyper coaster that will go out over the lake!
That would be awsome!
Maybe they should take it down into the lake and back out!
It could be done with the right technology.
I guess we will have to wait and see.
That will make 5 new coasters in two years!
Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, let's hope they keep up the pace.
I heard that buisness is not what they expected this year and they want to compete with Cedar Point.
Anyway, I will keep everyone posted if I hear something from my friend!

Thats funny how both managers for the batman area are female. But anyways we are getting at least 1 newbie next year and possibly two. One on wildlife and one on wildrides.

Well, if anything coasterwise is installed at SFWoA it will be over 200 ft. The proposed sight for it will be on the WIld Life side and it wll extend into the parking lot. However, Aurora residents are protesting it. SO it may not happen. From what I have heard it is likely to be a Chance Morgan ride.

Six Flags Worlds of Adventure better build that hypercoaster soon! Damn residents against it are just getting in the way. It's their fault they decided to settle near the park.
