Stage 1: Design a Looping Steel coaster with at least 6 inversions

Must have 6 inversions (1 bonus point new style inversion that would be able to work in real life).

Must be able to make it through the course without help of extra launches or lift hills.

Coaster must have quality smoothness as it goes through the track (no sudden a jerk of the train as it goes along) brake runs and lift hills must be straight and true.

A Mid-Course Brake Run is allowed

G-Forces must not go into the red. Points will be deducted in this category if they do. ( 1 set of trims will be allowed to help curve this)

Question, can it be a looper by any company or only Schwarzkopf?

07-15-2011, 08:54 PM
Any company, as long as it meets the requirements. :-) Good luck!

Can staff participate? I've been looking for a reason to test some new inversions I've come up with.

07-16-2011, 06:19 AM
No, Staff are not eligible for this contest. You can start uploading tracks to SpeedZone though to share with everyone.

07-16-2011, 06:31 PM
Participate anyway... just don't expect to win a prize. I'm going to. But then too, I'm technically not staff anyway.

07-16-2011, 09:57 PM
I wanted to enter anyway, but Katie told me No. =(

Oh, and steven, I'm having trouble uploading to speedzone. The upload button is not appearing on the page.
