There aren't any posts here yet so I will say it.

Just a few days ago, a small Cessna (I think it was a 172 skyhawk) did not contact the air traffic controllers at Reagan Nat'l airport. He flew very close to the Capital Building and caused the Secret Service to evacuate the White House. The pilot was escorted to Richmond by F-16 fighter jets. However, there is some question of whether it took too long to intercept the Cessna.
