One of the simplest and most fundamental types of motion in physics is called Projectile Motion, whereby an object is launched or fired either directly upward or at an angle and it pulled back down by gravity. In two dimensions, we look at a cannonball fired from a cannon at an angle relative to the vertical and horizontal and is launched across the field and lands at some distance from the cannon.
One of the attachments included is a diagram hand-drawn by me, and the other is PDF document analyzing the motion mathematically.
