Forum maintenance 3/14/2009

Yeah, it's short notice, but to begin the prep work for TNv4, we need to upgrade our forums. We will be down starting at 9:00pm EDT, and hopefully we will be down no less than an hour.
We will be upgrading all vBulletin components... that is, vBulletin, our blog software, and some related software.
There will be some new features available (to both the Blog and the Forums). More will be available later.

- Update: After doing the update, it seems that we had something serious occur related to one of the software packages that were installed. We consulted with the makers of the software, and were able to iron out the problem.
