| | | Yeah, I forgot CF has a habit of adding rides that are similar to rides at competing parks (floorless and invert.) It still looks like a great ride that I will most likely ride at Knoebels or PKI.
EDIT: I tried a little of that fanboyism as I sit in my dark room, alone. Then my conscious kicked in and realized there are allot of rides that are similar at competing parks.

| | | i'm suprised with how close they are building this to kiddie kingdom. cedar point has a great safety record, but its just a fact of amusement park life that loose articles do happen.
can't wait to be looking down the CP pennisula from 140 feet up nearly upsidedown though.

| | | cant wait to ride it! i said this in a different thread already but ill say it hear. i have never riden a huss giant frisbee but it looks pretty intense. some of the general public might not have a high intensity tolerance. therefore there might be some throwup which might cause a problem. i dont know though so lets just hope that its ok.

And CP doesn't really have many high intensity rides. |

I'm just happy Cedar Point is getting a new flat ride. I've only been there once, but the only flat I wanted to ride was Power Tower. Now when I go back there next summer, I'll have more to ride. |

| | | I have a few comments on this annoucement....
1. It does seem a rather 'cheap' addition considering there was no coaster last year -- but hey, I'm not complaining -- they're still spending quite a bit of money on other important things (ie: revamping areas of the park).
2. I wonder what CP will do next year? Will they go yet another year without a major addition....will they add another 'giant' flat....or maybe a small coaster?? I'm interested to see what people think.
3. To the people claiming that CP fanboy's should be mentioning it is a ripoff from PKI -- I have a hard time buying into this one. I do understand the thought of a color ripoff, but how many ways can you build the same flat? It's a pre-designed item that parks order (although perhaps they coulde have it redesigned...I dont know). As far as the colors go though, they look awesome, but I do wonder why they didn't go with something different than PKI. |

| | | I think this is a great addition for CP, and I can't wait to go and ride it. Even though it is very close to kiddie kingdom...who cares. One thing I give to CP...they make the most efficient use of ALL of their space, which is slowly beginning to run out.
Now...for all of you talking about a record breaker...what could there possibly be that could top TTD...given the land that is available, or lack thereof?
PS...for those of you who have yet to ride a B & M floorless, it is something I highly recommend...even above a flyer. |

| | | Ok, a rocket coaster can be designed any way a park wants...Where as a Huss Giant Frisbee is a pre-designed model that rarely get's redesigned to parks specifications...The only thing I could see Cedar Point changing to it, is adding some theming.
So, for those saying CP is ripping off PKI, I highly disagree with you...The HUSS GF is one of the most thrilling rides out there right now, and barely anyone has them. I think it was a great addition, and I doubt CP would have put this in if they thought Delirium was going to cause a problem for it. Frisbees can't be designed like rockets can, so CP "ripping off" PKI's Delirium is total nonsense. |

| | | That is exactly what i was trying to say. I guess the only 'copy' argument could be because of the color scheme although I find it hard to believe that they intentionally did it to copy PKI's....but still, I dont think people would complain if, for instance, Storm Runner had the color scheme of TTD... |

It's not in the exact middle of Kiddie Kingdom and hey look what's right behind it. Two thrilling coasters!
I love the colors of this ride. They are going to continue to brighten this are of the park like the past few rides that have been built/moved to this section have.
One question: Where is Trioka going? I must of missed the part on where Trioka is going. Please don't tell me they are going to take it out. They can find a place to move it to, like they always do with their rides.
Also, I have to comment on the sign. That thing is going to be awesome! The huge letters on the ground right in between the ride's supports/legs. It's so much better than the ol' 'sign'.
