This is one party that nobody should miss out on! 2005 features the arrival of 4 brand new additions,, including the Wave Swinger!" 4 new additions but listed is only one a wave swinger. | | Wow this is a total surprised. First, I didn't know it was their 80th birthday.
And then to get four new rides is awesome!! I wonder what they are. Hopefully it's a log flume. Was the one at Miracle Strip a larger one?

| | | I'm surprised that Screamscape hasn't reported on anything about this yet. You should e-mail them and tell them. Then he'll post something for sure.
I didn't know that Lake Winnie ever had swings. Those are always fun rides. Did they have them where Pirate is now? That would be awesome to have them there. Would they even fit on that little pier thing?

| | | It would have made sense to me if Lake Winnie has/did buy some of the rides from Miracle Strip in Florida.

Would they even fit on that little pier thing? | Yes they had them years and years ago I am 30 now I was like 6 or 7 when they got rid of them. Yes they were right there where pirate is now. They replaced the swings with round -up for a few years round up was there too then they moved roundup to the side and put in pirate. I hope the swings go back there. It is almost like the park is trying to be like it used to be. You know they put wild lightnin right where mad maouse was before it was removed or whatever.

| | | no.. because miraclestrip closed.. and sold off its rides.. used rides are less the new... so.. it would make sense if they picked a few up...
also AT said all the rides but 3 have bene sold.. so.. maybe LW did buy them..(AT did say the S&S tower was still for sale)

| | I have no intentions of working there but I think I will go over to the park in the next few days and get a application, I will have my camera with me and try to see if I can see what the other 3 rides are
