Hey im travelling over to six flags from england in april, do you think kingda ka will be open by then or will they be having the usual new ride problems. Hope its open, will be cool to ride to the sky! cheers.

The ride is not going to open untill the end of April, beginning of May.
This also belongs in Roller Coasters if im not mistaken.

Sorry, it won't happen again my good man

Currently they are hoping to have it open around April 22, but that can all change if there are delays with all the snow we've been getting.

And it's Six Flags, and their using the new system with a duel station, and the launch is faster then TTD, so I can see it having major downtime.

Surely this deserved a thread seperate from the GAdv construction thread........


It won't have as much down time as peple say Six Flags would. It's not gonna be that bad.
