Lookout '06, Nebraska has a Coaster

I read on Screamscape that a small waterpark with a few rides is looking to add a coaster, in fact they are. The ride will be roughly 90' tall, screamscape has a picture of what the ride should look like. I am excited, eventually if they get more and bigger coasters i may be able to call Fun Plex my home park.

this is what it could be a clone of lets hope its better, although this looks like a good airtime coaster.

It also says the coaster gets up to 50 mph, with and 80' drop. The owners of Fun Plex said they should have gotten a coaster years ago. heres my dad's news stations story on it

IMO once this park gets this, it is without a doubt better than Arnold's Park at Lake Okoboji

I forgot to add that the coaster was approved by the zoning board, finally a good thing for an amusement park was approved by that board. So it is definitely in the works, maybe once vertical construction starts ill snag some pics

It's something. Probably not enough to make me want to think about considering to go to Nebraska, though. Hopefully a small step that will lead to greater things.

Ahhh......Brings back memories of Peony Park.....although this sounds alot bigger then their S.D.C.

I have not been to Fun Plex since the Go cart days. I did not realize they already had a kiddie coaster. Now Nebraska will have 2 coasters. Movin into the big time. Look out Six Flags. lol

StarJet is just another credit I can get now. It's in my Jersey backyard basically.
