| | | Pcw '06 Looks like Wonderland won't be getting any new rides for next year. According to the website they are getting a stunt show, a nic toons parade and something new for FX. |

| | Well, I'm not that mad or anything. Maybe they're saving up for 2007
Oh well, I'm still getting a season pass either way. |

| | | It's funny I saw that Disney is doing this Pixar parade thing now at their park and it looks like such a knock off of the Nick Parade!!! lol
PC and PGA are still yet to announce their 2006 attraction. I guess it's not IJST since PKD already announced theirs.

It looks like they're expecting a lot of people since they're building an arena with 2,500 seats! Yay, no lines! http://www.thrilltogo.com/feature/3.html |

| | | Awww..I wonder where they are going to build that theatre. What a waste of space...They should just use Kingswood Music Theatre or something else. They need to quit wasting space, especially when there are already 3 other theatres.

| | | Personally, I'm not too happy at all with this addition. It's going to end up being a huge money investment and wont make nearly as much back. Maybe in its first year yea, but what heppens when everybody has seen it? New show? Demolish and bring in a new attraction? And what happens if nobody really likes the show either? I think they should have given a small test type thing this year to see everybody's reaction to the show. That way they would have had an idea of how much success the show could possibly have in 2006.
I'm really beginning to lose hope in PCW. It seems like we're getting the crappy end of every type of ride. For example, the worst possible "flying" coaster, a launch coaster with a 40mph launch, out of a possible 120mph that other parks happen to be getting now. What's for 2007? A 100ft tall coaster that they'll advertise as a hyper coaster? This is just getting rediculous. |

| | | The M:I stunt show was part of the "new attractions" survey that PCW sent out a year or so ago. Plently of notice was given that they were looking into putting together this kind of attraction.
As for IJ:ST, maybe its not the tallest or fastest, but you have to admit its a pretty neat ride. PCW is obviously (as evidenced by the survey mentioned above) trying to mimic Disney to an extent. During the survey, as each new idea was presented, one of the questions was (to paraphrase) "would you expect Disney to build something like this". Disney doesent build the tallest and fastest, they build "interesting" attractions. |

| | | I know this is another park, but on the Paramount Parks subject, yesterday was our ACE event at Carowinds and they confirmed two things.
One - They do not know what they will be getting in 2006 yet! CBS is now their boss instead of Paramount so they are still waiting on the higher ups to decide!
Two - It will NOT be IJST! He said it's between two things at this point and IJST is NOT one of them. Cool! I liked IJST but I'd much rather have a launched coaster with some kick to it like Flight of Fear... now back to CW discussion.
