Are you under 18? In kentucky if you are 18 or older, the only labor law they really have to follow is giving you a 10 minute rest break every four hour block of time, but you have the right to deny it.

Hehehehe I wish I was under 18 that was many moons ago but thanks that made me feel good. Last time I looked at posted labor laws they are supposed to give a half for and eight hour day and 1 15. I am not saying everyone follows this and that sometimes things get so busy that it can not be helped. I have been there I understand. However if the labor dept came out to see the books and timecards and this is repeated day after day there can be a fine wether under 18 or not.
