Hello everyone. Sorry i was not sure where to post this so move it if needed.
I had my interview at Disney World Yesterday and it was a huge sucess. The interviewer loved me so much i was hired on the spot. I so wanted to be goofey but i my shoulders were just a bit to big to fit so i'll be a performer in all the Disney parades.
I'm very excited about the job and makeing a totally new start. If there are any CAST members here i would love some comments of what to expect. Not sure when my first day is.... I'll find out tomorrow.
Also if there are any cast members here i look foward to meeting you all very soon.
I'm currently in Orlando now and will be heading home to move everything and plan to be back in Orlando July 8th or 10th so shortly after i assume will be my start date.

| | | I just felt like it was time for a change and move on to bigger and better things. I'll miss working at Carowinds alot but it was time to move up.. That and 3 of my friends from Carowinds moved here working at Sea World and 5 more are moveing down soon.

| | Hey, another CM! Congrats on the coushy Entertainment role, as opposed to a REAL role (this coming from a CP Campus Rep, where we only really work 3 months a year  ). All kidding aside though, you'll either love it or hate it, and since you've put in time at Carowinds and haven't gone insane yet, chances are you'll love WDW.
Remember that the 3:00 parade ends right before the 4:00 thunderstorm and you'll be fine. And when the natives are bundled up like they're treking to the North Pole, then it's 50 degrees out.

Hourly cast member pay varies depending on position and status (seasonal, temporary, part-time, full-time).
Professional Internships/Management Internships pay about $600/wk. or roughly $31,000/yr.
