I was kind of expecting this, but not to everyone, just our debate team. We are working on making a video, with a warning. We have a guy that will hack into several Afghani sites, so we are expecting a virus. And you ccan still check your e-mail, just don't open any that is from a strange name.

A new worm virus out is the Nimad. Don't open any files with a readme attachment. It will also hook itself onto unprotected sites. If you are prompted to download a file on a site, DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT! There is no evidence it is linked to the attacks.

| HOW TO AVOID A VIRUS (VERY SIMPLE!!)
There is a very simple way to not get any viruses, like the ones mentioned above. Do not open any files or attachments sent to you, unless you were expecting them and know exactly what they are. The only way you can get a virus from email is by opening an attachment that has a virus in it. You can not get a virus just from reading an email or clicking on it's subject line. But if you get an email with a file attached to it, and you weren't expecting it, delete it- even if it's from a friend of yours!! And send a note to the person that it came from that you received the file and deleted it because you did not know what it was. If it's legitimate, they will send you a full description of it, and resend the file to you. Good examples of emails with viruses are ones that say something like, "check this out", or something similar with no description. Now that you know what to look for, and what to do, you can stop panicing, and stop clogging up other email boxes with emails saying, "don't open this email...". For some of us that's as bad as the viruses themeselves.
