| | | Emu Burgers Seeing the emu thread(although it featured no emu discussion), I have always wanted to eat an emu burger. Has anyone had one and are they good? If so, where would you obtain one?

| | | Emu burgers?!?! Heh heh. That's funny. Emu burgers. Heh heh.
Sorry, I just think that Emu Burgers are funny.
Anyway, I've never eaten any, but my dad has. He was on a business trip to Australia, and he ate ome while he was over there. He said they were 'not bad,' too.

| | | I've never even heard of an emu burger. I have heard of ostrich burgers. Supposedly, they're much healthier then chicken burgers.

| | | eew, Emu Burgers? I don't know if I could stomach that. It sounds like some sort of nastiness tasting, eew, I can't even imagine how it would taste, and no my dad has not tried one of those.

It's no different from having chicken or beef or any other meat, so I don't know why you're so squemish. Unless you're vegetarian of course, in which case fair enough!
I haven't had an emu burger, but I did have a buffalo burger when I was in Yellowstone last year. Very nice!
