Haunted Mansion... Movie

Disney plans to take the Haunted Mansion ride and turn it into a movie... perhaps a franchise. I think this could be a really great investment if it's done right. It can't have any of that goofy Disney humor, it has to be made with that bizarre kind of humor like the funny epitaphs on the gravestones or the hitchhiking ghosts. If that's done, it should be great.

i hope Jerry Bruckheimer doesn't ruin this, which is a stupid thing to say, knowing that he will if he has anything to do with it.

The same thing is happening with the Country Bears in the Country Bear Jamboree. Also, did anyone see the TOT made for tv movie a couple of years back? it really was well done.

This kind of crap from Disney is exactly why the company is hemorrhaging and its stock is sliding.

Tim Burton would be great for making a movie on the Haunted Mansion. If they do it right, it could be cool, but if its as bad as the Tower of Terror movie, then they shouldn't do it. The Tower of Terror movie took the entire ride's story, which is freaky and awesome, and turned it into a family story with a happy ending. If that movie was actually popular it would have killed the ride's reputation.

The..the...the...the...The Haunted Mansion Ride!!!!!!!
No No NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
That ride is the devil! I went on that ride once and I swore never to ride that thing again. Seriously. I am 15 and no one could pay me enough to go on that. And if they are making an expansion on this,,, its not going to help.

I Have a Problem
I was just so scared when I was young because my imagination would play tricks on me and I have been scard by it because I was taken on at such an early age. I just dont trust that place.

Don't worry, It kinda happened to me the first time I went on it. I love it know. I think Disney would do a good job because they have a lot writting on every movie they release. About the Pirates of the Caribean movie, All I know about is a technological update of Tresure Island called "Treasue Planet".
