| | | Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back Well if you didn't know I'm a huge fan of all of their movies (Even chasing amy lol)...Anyway, today was the release of the dvd and of course I went out and got it and enjoyed the movie. But I was actually a little turned off by the deleted scenes...It went on for WELL over an hour with a little bit too much commentary, plus most of the deleted scenes were just like an extra line or two to a scene that was already in the movie. After about a half hour I actually started to get bored :o Anyone else notice the excessively long commentary? |

| | | Same with Mallrats..
On and on and on and on and on, and then when you think they are over, they continue going on and on and on and on and then just when you think there is an end, they go on. I just got so bored of it and couldn't stand to watch even the movie for a long time afterwards.
Kevin Smith has got to cut back on all the deleted scenes and commentary he puts in the dvd in the future. His movies are good, but not THAT good that he needs to add so much to them. |

| | | Exactly, now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure EVERY Kevin Smith movie that has been released on DVD has the excessive commentary on it. At first it was cool, but it's getting a bit old |

| | | LOL! Jay and Silent Bob was one of the funniest things I've seen in a long time. Especially when they're in the fast food place, on the computer, and jay start s flaming the other posters out loud, while people are walking past them. Hilarious! |

| | | Clerks is the best Kevin Smith movie. The intelligent banter is just so superior in that film compared to the others. That's why JASBSB isn't as good as the others... it didn't have as good of "intelligent banter" in the middle of the gauche and low-level humor.
