| | | Humorous On-Ride Photos
Okay, so what have you done, or what ideas have you had, that would make very funny or creative on-ride photos? And please, no vulgar or crude things -- let's keep it above prepubescent humor. Please note as well that this isn't a thread about would you buy them or what coasters have them or to post them... Simply search for "on-ride photos" and you'll see plenty of those.
My husband had a great idea -- I don't know why I've never thought of it before -- to take a picture of the camera taking a picture. That ought to mess up the photos crew. :D The only other one I have that turned out really humorous is one of my and a friend of mine who has really long, dark hair on Mantis -- she was obviously having a blast on the coaster, and her hair was completely slapped in my face -- you could tell I was less than thrilled. :D I didn't buy a copy, though, I still think that those photos are too expensive, but hey, it's cute.

I wanna hold up a sign on a coaster that says "Coasterforum Rules!" on medusa.............

On my trip to BGW, on Alpengeist...I managed to wriggle my arm free of the restraint, and I leaned over and choked my friend for the onride picture... it was so good and this manager guy asked me if he could put it on display for examples (for when you choose what side you want) I said sure...got the pic free, and still have it. Wander if its still ther...that was my one and only visit!

| | | I remember once when on the Magnum when much younger, my brother did something with his hands over his eyes making these upside down glasses things while I tried to make it look like I was yawning on the coaster, but it turned out looking more like I was throwing up into my hand, oh well, at least it was more funny that way. |

Your story reminds me off this one time on S:ROS @ SFNE (seventh time that day, there were almost no lines that day) my friend was trying to do that but he hit me in the nose (DANG that hurt!) and that was in the picture. It was really funny because he was PUNCHING me while the ride photo. I wanted to use it as evidence in court! :D

| | | If you're worried about the cost, then just take a picture of the TV that's showing the photos :) , that's what I do.

Just then I heard a voice say, "Hey you, put the camera away!" Then I looked around in confusion, because I hadn't noticed the cameras above the door. THe voice then said, "Yes you, put the camera away. There is no flash photography on this ride." So I put it away reluctantly, and the voice then thanked me. I was embarrassed, I go to IOA all the time and see the same ride ops. Hopefully they won't remember it was me lol. After that I wasn't about to attempt an on-ride photo of anything else, I can just see it now: In Hulk's launch tunnel, when all of a sudden... the ride stops and a voice says, "Hey you! Put the camera away!" lol. |

I've done that on Hulk before, and the camera was visible in the on-ride picture, and they didn't say anything. So I don't think Hulk is like Doom in that respect. |

when i had my camera out on Nitro and put it away for the
on-ride photo, it looks like i am putting my hand down my pants..
