| | | Opinions on Red Wings / Avalanche series I don't think this series will go any less than six games to decide who's going on to the finals. Both teams are playing hard, both are led by veteran goal-tending, and they both hate eachother. (If you see these teams play, just consider one team CP and the other Six Flags) What are your opinions on this western conference final?

| | | It's hard for me. I've been an Avalanche fan since before they were the Avalanche back in Quebec, and I'm also a Blackhawks fan, so obviously I don't like the Red Wings much, but I really wanna see Chris Chellios win a Stanley Cup. Personally, I'm putting my money on the Red Wings (not literally), but I do feel that Colorado could pull this off. |

| | | This series is shaping up to be one of the best in a long time. When these 2 teams play, it's gut check time. Personaly, I'd like to see the Avs win, but either way, the best team is gonna win. I still wish my Canadiens were still in the playoffs....

| | | I alway's liked the Avalanche, so I'm hoping they will win. But I know they won't win if Patrick Roy plays like he did Sunday. I mean Patrick Roy is awesome, he pretty much kept the Av's alive this season, but he really screwed up Sunday.

| | | I am an absolute Red Wings fanatic!!!! If they play like they did Wednesday there is absolutely no possible way the Wings will lose the series (which I don't see happening either way). The Wings are outplaying the Avs totally and there big guns have yet to score but once they do Roy is *****ed. Roy is a crappy goaltender at best and is not even nearly in the same league that Hasek is. I hate the Avs almost as much as I hate George W. Bush and Osama bin Laden which means that if I had the chance i would kick them all in the balls repeatedly. Avs suck!!! Wings Rule and thats all there is to it.

| | | Well have it this way... Hasek has won a gold medal and this year he will win the Cup and we will have won just about every award that a goaltender can get. Id say the Red Wings will take this series in 6 games. Im just disappointed that the Red Wings will end up having to Carolina to win the Cup. I would of much rather see Detroit play Toranto, but wat can you do.

Well, In case you have'nt noticed, Carolina has NOT won the series yet, so dont give your hopes up on the Leafs (even though you might as well, since we are going to SMASH them in game six! Go Carolina!). The series is 3-2 as the Hurricanes lost 1-0 today.
Anyway, I hope Colorado beats Detroit. I've never really liked the Wings very much. |

| | | Funny how things can change real quickly. Detroit held them off in Games 6, and literally pounded them in Game 7 (7-0). The Wings now go on and play Carolina... I'm pumped! |
