Oh Boy (GP at it again).

while i was at www.themeparkinsider.com reading ed markeys crap, i looked around the rest of the site to find riders comments on various rides. some of their comments are pretty funny. its the 'roller coaster enthusist wanna be' syndrome.

HAHAHA, yes I noticed it too. On a review for NItro, one person said he wished it ahd inversions lol. Some people said there wasn't another ride like, but there's silver star and several other hypers out there lol. I like reading these. OH, I just noticed one person put "Best Ride at EIGHT Flags"

There are 3 sections you group people into when you talk about people and coasters. One the left, you have us, the Coaster Enthusiasts. In the middle, you have the regular GP, and on the right, you have the Retards. These people have just stepped into the retard zone.

That reminds me of people I hear in front of me in line saying, "I heard this ride pulls 12 G's." I want to smack them. They pretend to be knowledgeable, and they are not... at all. Not even a little bit.

"I haven't been to Cedar Point since I worked there in the Summers of 87 and 88. Boy has it changed. The Magnum was the showcased coaster at the time,"

If he hasn't been there since 88, how was Magnum showcased when it wasn;t even built.

HAHA, that one was good. I just saw the dumbest thing ever, a guy said MF wasn't smooth and how he didn't like the seating, but kept saying that SROS was smooth and liked the seating. I'm like, you idiot, same trains and seating, and same manufacturer and just as smooth. I made an account on there to reply to these idiots that make me mad lol.

I think you need to re-classify.

First off... we are all General Public as far as parks are concerned (unless you work for them or a coaster company)

Under that category you have Coaster Fans and Non Coaster Fans.

Under the Coaster Fan category, you have a subgroup called "obnoxious and arrogant snots who think they know everything they are superior to all others because they happen to have memorized stats about coasters and they like to call themselves 'enthusiasts'."

Its this last category of "obnixious and arrogant snots" that I think the previous posters in this thread belong to.

SLFAKE, I for one think it is funny that people act like they know a lot about roller coasters and then make totally outrageous statements about coasters. I am not calling anyone inferior. You are the one that seems to be calling others inferior.
