Coaster Accidents and Markey

Hey kids, I was just reading the latest news on Thrillnetwork and it seems that a lot more coaster and ride accidents have been popping up this year. This really isn't the best time for this to happen, seeing as Big Ed's on his Crappy Coastr Control Campaign. Does any have any opinions on how this might fuel Markey's fire?

Markey has no case with most of these cases unless he wants to start stuff about common sense. The person who walked under B:TR at SFOG, the boy who walked under Nemesis, the man on Rainbow at SFEG, etc, those could have been prevented. The person on Rainbow is a small exception since he was mentally handicapped but the other people just walked under a moving coaster and got themselves hurt or killed. Markey can't say anything. The other accidents like the man falling off while [i]working[/i] on X-Flight: no case for Markey. The woman and girl on the ride at SFMW: no case (besides, it's not a coaster). Markey is mostly trying to regulate coaster G-forces, and [i]none[/i] of these accidents have been G-force related.

More people getting hurt doesn't mean rides are getting more dangerous. Ever consider the fact that more people visit parks today?

But it's quite a time since we had seen something caused by design error. That's assuring.
