YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A great piece of nostalgia right there. Are those reviews in his book? This is one of my favorite lines, from the Kissimmee skycoaster review:
"For an additional fee, you can buy a videotape of your experience, but I vetoed that idea. I figured that if I fainted, lost control of my bowels, ()or something worse, it wasn't anything I'd need to watch over and over again."

LOL

Sweet! A piece of Thrillride lives on. I remember being naive and new to the coaster world last summer and reading these reviews. After that I was hooked! I can't wait to read these things (like KraxleRIDAH said) again and again and again...

What is the web site that can see a web page that exisited in the past? I remember if you typed in ThrillRide, the old web site came up. I want to see the old ThrillRide Rumor updates, because I remember it saying that Knott's was getting a hyper Intamin, and it might be launched, and that actually came true. And I remember that was quite a while ago. And the rumors of the new B&M hyper's name in SFGADV, and people found out it was Nitro a long time back. I'd just like to sift through those, so if anyone knows what site I am talking about, thanks.

These ride reviews are awesome, thanks for posting the link kraxle, I didn't know they were still online somewhere.

Well, I believe that site is the WayBack Machine. www.archive.org . As for your rumors about the Nitro thing, it is mentioned under the 'Special Features' section, and under 'IAAPA 2000' show. Pretty cool stuff.

There are also some ride reviews in Bob's book. This site is really killer, though! I'm glad you found these! His reviews were so enthusiastic, I don't think anyone could top them.

Good job on this awesome find, Kraxle!

I agree with everyone else- BC has the BEST reviews out there. I wish he'd give us a review every now and then on TN... :)

I wish that site also had access to the old rumors. They were interesting, witty, and you can't forget the whopper of the week. It would be mighty interesting to see which rumors came true and which ones were... well, whoppers.

hehe I knew about that site even before he posted. One of the questions in the chat with Robert Coker was about that website, so most likely someone that was in that chat gave him the website..... Anyways, thats a good website, but its still not the old Thrillride.

Ah, the memories.......
Those are some of the best ride reviews I've ever come across. I bookmarked that site, I'm going to read them over and over again.

"The Force's three-plus-hour lines tell us something else, too: we aren't even close to hitting the limits of what the general public will ride. I'm projecting a bit here, but can a 400-footer - a "tera-coaster" - be decades away? Maybe.

And maybe not."
I love that line.

I always enjoyed reading these reviews during the days of ThrillRide, very detailed and very awesome pictures. The thing i miss about the old thrillride the most is the weekly Wild Rumors/Notes updates!
