That's weird, I've never gotten one of those. Maybe it's because I have XP Pro?

ok did that. i nearly followed instrucions in another post. windows says "this is not connected to windows messenger". Well thats a lie isn't it?
I'm normally very good with techinical stuff but its taking me time to get used to XP from win98. Internet programs were never a strong point though for me.

it really anoyed me when it appeared in the middle of a game! i coudn't get rid of it either. I noticed windows "sandwhiches" the program between desktop and what it considers important messages.

I never have pop-ups anymore. Got this cool browser called Avant Browser.....Stops pop-ups frlom internet and I never got pop-ups from Windows. The computer upstairs doesnt get those pop-ups either. I think this is one of the few things that dont piss me off in life. I usually get bad luck all the time.
