Ouch! That is a very serious accusation. We all know he'll get away with it though.

That sucks. He's a busted. I hate how popular sports and movie stars have so much bling bling that they avoid the law. Basterds.

It's sad that famous people always seem to get off. I think it's weird that the only famous sports star that I can quickly think of that got arrested was Mike Tyson, and there was basically no evidence in the case. It was basically he said/she said.

Dudes...he turned himself in. That's a little different than arrested, but it sucks because its all about the mone, proving the law can be bought. Sad isn't it?

I was waiting for someone to say that. I guess he was trying to lighten the blow by doing that instead of being arrested. I'm not going to give him a round of applause for doing something that he should have done anyway.

arrested means to hold under the authority of law, so even though he turned himself in he was still arrested till he posted bond

By posting bond, it just means he can walk free with a guarantee that he will return to answer his charges or defend himself in a court of law. If he fails to do so, his bond money is forfeited and he will spend time in a jail or prison. He still has to go through a trial like others do (if he chooses to go that route should he not plea or anything).

I hope that was sarcasm, cause there are many athletes out there who are criminals also. Athletes might look all high, mighty, & pure in the lime light, but many of us don't know who they really are. as unlikely that it might seem, most likely he did do it but prolly will get off easy for it.

While it's true that there are athletes who are constantly in trouble, that doesn't give anyone the right to judge this case before all the facts are heard. Last time I checked, someone was innocent before proven guilty.

There are many reasons why someone may want to manufacture these charges against Kobe Bryant. Defamation and extorsion just to name a few. He may end up being guilty as charged, but for now, he is still innocent in my eyes.

But come on its Kobe obviously some girl made something up just to try to get some of his money. I dont think he would do something like that he dont have behavior problems. As well as something like this has never happened before to Kobe. On tv and espn hes a role model and nice person. I think this is just a lie someone made up just to get money. Yeah he will get away with it cause I dont think he did it. People are always out to get someone weathere there a celebrity or not. Anyway the news is always making up things even if it sounds outrageous just so people will believe them.Weeks from know you will see that someone was just trying to ruin his reputation. I 100% think he did not sexualy assault anyone.

Oh yeah, and Mike Tyson is totally innocent and deep down a nice guy too, and Shawn Kemp is such a sweetie...and I could go on and on. Wasn't there an altercation with Iverson last year and Rodman when Dennis played in the NBA?

I hate the attitudes these guys walk around with that they can ignore the law.

You're funny bigdawg...just hilarious. I don't think the news media woudl be so desperate for a story that they would just make up one. Yeah I know, innocent until proven guilty, but I prefer shoot first ask questions later.
