False advertising

Does anyone else see six flags advertising coaster that aren't in there park. At SFNE the commercials have Medusa in them and they say its batman the dark knight. You can tell it's Medusa because the tracks yellow and when the show it in motion its coming out of the first part of a cobra roll. Also it SFNE's on ride photos they show picture of three coaster on the front. The first is BDK (with its right color), S:ROS, and then i believe its Colossus. Which is in Six Flags MM. Has anyone else noticed this?

But you have noting against them for false advertising, because the GP won't know the difference between Medusa and BDK, and probably won't care if it's a different color.

Yeah, the GP doesn't really care, and Medusa East is better than Scream by a lo-o-o-o-o-ong shot.

Technically they couldn't be sued for false advertising because they never said the ride shown in the ad was the ride that they were advertising.

On the front of the map for SFoG last year they had stealth for superman and they changed its colors and had the Superman Ultimate Flight logo over it. The funn thing is it showed Stealth's loop.

there have been LOTS of threads about this. here on the sfgadv commercials i have seen raging bull and goliath said to be nitro and obviously superman being shown in georgia being said its the one here. but over 2 years after nitro is built, they are still showing golitah and raging bull. i dont see how they can get a freakin video of it yet.

Carowinds does the same thing all the time, Carowinds ads always include PKI's Vortex and PKD's Shockwave. They really should film there own rides.

whoa, evil being who dares to post above me, settle down now. there is no need to get all hyped up. maybe some people havent seen the other threads about this same topic and why dont you look at the first post, think to yourself "i already know this" and then click back and look at some other topic. just because you and some other people think your a god, doesnt mean you can go outright and post such harm and mean things like that. i am very dissapointed in you and that was uncalled for. i dont know if i will ever be able to forgive you again. and i dont think this is your 900th time that your telling us this fact. ok, thats enough now, im going now.
