| | | Buying Park Tickets Through TN I am going to Cedar Point next Tuesday and obviously I don't want to buy tickets at the gate since that will take more time. Now, my dad also wanted discounted tickets, and we don't belong to AAA and we didn't want to go searching at convienience stores once we got up to Ohio. I immediately thought about ordering the tickets through TN. So I get online, and I start to think, "What if they don't get here in time?" So I ask Steven online what the standard shipping was, and he tells me that it's FedEx 2 day. Well, I have a week for them to get here, so I think that it will work out fine. I get to amusementpark.com (through the links on TN) where the tickets are $7.00 off the gate price. Awesome!!! My dad orders four of them (two days for each of us), and even with the $5.95 shipping charge, we saved about 22 bucks! This was about 7 or 8 o clock at night.
The next day, I walk in the door, and sure enough there is a FedEx envelope sitting on the dining room table. I go look at the return address, and it says amusmentpark.com! How they managed to do it, I don't know, but I got my tickets less than 24 hours after I ordered them.
So if you guys ever need park tickets, I highly recommend getting them through TN. Just click the "Store" tab at the top, click the Amusement Park Tickets box, chose which park chain or location (east coast, middle, west coast), and chose the park you're going to. Great job TN/AmusementPark.com!

| | | Frankly, I'm surprised they got there that fast... they must have sent it out from a place close to where you live (so the "Next day" on standard shipping won't always apply).
I'm glad you had such a great experience, and happy coastering! Now just pray TTD is up when you get there. |

| | | Actually, Steven, the return address said Arizona, and I live in down south in Georgia. So it's quite a mystery.

| | | Wow, sounds like I'll be doing this next time I go to CP or if I go to SFWOA. I always wondered how ordering them online would work, and now I know.

| | | Whats the difference in price between AAA, amusementpark.com, and getting them using some $10 off pass in the back of the CP magazine. |

| | | Well, consider this... to get the tix from AAA, you have to be a member. To get the CP magazine, you had to have asked for it, and it takes a couple of weeks. To get them through us via amusementpark.com, you get them conveniently, without the hassles, and in the process, you're supporting TN in a way. |

| | | The edit button works wonders. Bimmer, you should have only gotten two. I'm not sure if they do this at CP, but at SF you can come back to the park next day for like $10.
