| | | This year, like last year, he is proprosing a bill to give the Consumer Safety Products Commission "regulation" (a polite name for control) over roller coasters. This bill (and why it isn't right nor fair) is explained fully in an article on thispagecannotbedisplayed, but I think the only reason Mr. Markey is proposing this bill is because he and/or his kids are scared of coasters and thinks that if he/they are scared then it is unsafe. Right him and tell him to stop this bill in its tracks (but first read the thispagecannotbedisplayed article). Also, I don't this to turn into a flame war, so if you're for or against this bill please post respectfully.

| | | IF the bill passed and certain regulations had to be enforced(no way this will happen), would certain rides that did not meet the requirements have to be removed or modified, or would they still be left alone. This bill won't pass though because Markey doesn't have many supporter.
