I recommend http://rydelonline.com :)
I've been with them for a while, and the server hasn't been down since I joined. They have really fast technical support too. They have cPanel, Fantastico and RvSkin. They just upgraded the server to a Dual Xeon 2.4GHz with Hyperthreading. Very cool...

The prices are unbeatable too.

I got my hosting at: www.guildsolutions.com

45 bucks a month for a basic plan. About 500MB of space. You can upgrade too. Excellent hosting too. They pre-install php.

I highly recommend Ventures Online.

I’ve used them for about two years and currently have two servers with them. (A shared and a reseller). VO has great support; they usually respond to a help request watching an hour.

For what you want I would recommend a v50.

Try http://www.hostitcheap.com/.

For $5/month, you get more than that, and you get cpanel.

Hmm, never saw Host it Cheap before, or heard about them for that matter. They look pretty tantalizing for $5 a month! *sigh* But I already have a web host *sniff*

I've been using Hostway (www.hostway.com) since I started making random websites. AWESOME service whenever you need them. I'll call them up at midnight if I start to have serious problems with my websites, and they're always there and uber friendly too.

You can get plans from as cheap as 8.95$ a month. I on the other hand, require Perl/MySQL/MSyQL/PHP and other database/cgi-scripts for my websites, hehe, so I go with their cheapest option which is 19.95$ a month. It literally has everything I need (especially for my new website I'm getting up and ready to launch real soon) right now!

I get 400MB of storage (more than I ever need), 20GB of bandwidth, and no file limits. Unix based also (you HAVE to run it on a Unix server!!).

Besides Unix, they also support Windows 2003 and ColdFusion, but the aft two are a little more expensive (CF is 50$ a month for their basic plan!!) *dies*.

I highly suggest them, and always will. You get your monies worth in terms of awesome uptime (virtually no downtime, ever) and AWESOME costumer service. And if you want to change your plan or add options you can do it 24/7.
