How many of you people still play RCT/RCT2

This has always been in my mind and i have always wanted to ask. Well i don't play RCT/RCT2 anymore. I got back in to bout 2 months ago, but got back out of it real quick.

I don't know if this is in the right place or not to be talked about.

I still play it...not as often as I used to though, but I still play it.

Lately, I have gotten in a craze for Ultimate Ride.

Well by the looks of it, It seems like no one plays it any more. I think it gets boring here and there.

I really don't play it at all anymore. After my last couple of big parks got bugs the game fell out of favor with me. I usually rotate games every 3 months or so, but rarely add anything new. RCT2 was 2 cycles ago so it's probably due for a resurrection sometime either late this year or next, unless RCT3 comes out and is any good, cause then that'll take it's place. For the mean time, I'm all about Civ 3: Play the World expansion pack. Go Carthage!

I played RCT a lot when I first got it and then RCT 2 when I got that one. I wasn't very impressed with what I read about the expansion packs for it so I never got them and really haven't played it in the last 6 months or so. One major reason I haven't played it much was because for some reason the game took forver to load, I'm talking about 10-15 minutes to load and about as long to to save and turn it off. I'm not sure if it was the computer (I'm not vety good with computers) or the disk itself. I would've exchanged it but my then-girlfriend didn't save the receipt from when she got it for me that Christmas. I never had any problems with the first RCT or the expansion packs so I don't know what the problem was.

I would've played more like I did with the first if it didn't take so long to load/save. Between loading and saving, I needed about an extra half hour of time. So it came down to where if I didn't have a solid 2 hours or more to play, I simply didn't. If it had been on consoles I definitely would've gotten it. I know that RCT came out for X-Box, but it was already old on the computer and I had played it a lot. It also didn't help that I don't have an X-Box.

But I want to check out RCT3 and see how it is, I'd hope maybe it would go to a console too eventually. There have been many popular games on the computer that have came to consoles and done very well like The Sims for example. I just prefer playing a console on a bigger screen with comfort of sitting on a couch or whatever.

Played RCT2 a year ago. Takes too much time. That's why I stopped. I don't play video games period anymore.

The majority of my work is in RCT2, since that's what I use to make my parks these days, but I still have RCT1, and I frequently use it to view the multitude of older parks I have.

That's cool that they have RCT for XBOX. I didn't even know that.
