I am a animal lover myself.I do volunteer work at the Animal Protective League and It just breaks my heart to see so many unwanted animals.I see animals being put down(death).There is a bright side for alot of those animals,They get homes,whether they are good homes or not,atleast they got a home.I hope to be a Vet assistant when I go to college or atleast someone who works with animals in some sort of way.I dont think I would want to be a vet because that takes about 8 years of college.Animals are great companions and I feel that they have just as much right to be here as we do.So many people treat animals so cruely it just makes me sick.Anyone want to share their thoughts on my post?Please?:)

I like animals, but at the moment I only have 2 because I live in an apartment.

not me, sorry. And when I was 8 years old I had to see a shrink because I was so afraid of dogs. Now, I'm indifferent, but if there is a neat dog or cat with a great personality, I like it. (like my cousin's golden retreiver)

I have a dog. He is a Great Dane, hes really cool. Name's Reese. I really like dogs, but I really cant stand birds and i dislike cats. no offense, scaredbutloveit, but I cant STAND people who are afraid of dogs. I know its not yuor fault but people who are afraid of dogs just ANNOY me. Again, no particular offense to you.

I've got a nethererland dwarf ( a reallllly little bunny rabbit) named nibbles. Whenever anyone comes over they feel the need to tease me and call the rabbit nipples, even though I named the thing when I was 8.
<BR>I love dogs, mostly little ones. Can't stand cats though. I'm so allergic it's not even funny. I think theyre cute, but if I'm in the room with one I break out in hives and my eyes tear and swell shut. I had to go to the emergency room on thanksgiving cuz my stupid aunt has 4 of them and refuses to clean the cat hair off of any of the furniture. You go to wash your hands and dry them on the towel in the bathroom, and theres cat hair all over the towel. It's nasty.

remember, riddler, I said I'm more indifferent now than scared. And I'm just not an animal person. There is no reason to declare this "HATE" when you don't even know me as a person. But I won't engage in a fight with you..it stops with this post. And besides, lots of people who really love dogs don't like and/or are petrified of certain kinds of dogs. And some I really am afraid of. If an animal is nice, it's cool. Just like people, I take them on an individual basis <IMG SRC="/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif">

not me. i personally really dont care that much about house hold animals, i can deal with dogs, though. wild animals i got nothing againt. actually i guess you could say i just plain dont liek cats.
