I have been looking for a job for sometime, and I finally have an interview today at Bob Evans. I am so excited yet scared. |

It's a restaurant like Phil said. They specialize in breakfast similar to Dennys, but Bob Evans is a little nicer. I think they're very popular in the midwest and south, but maybe not by you in Texas. Unforunately there aren't any in the Chicago area either that I know of. There's at least one or two in Sandusky, Ohio. We usually go there to eat whenever we go to Cedar Point. Their bowl of sausage gravy is really good, you swear you're going to have a heart attack afterwards, but it's good!

There is a restaurant chain in the central Texas area called Jim's Restaurant, which is very similar to Denny's (the food items and the restaurants themselves); I believe it is either Austin or San Antonio based chain -- most locations open 24 hours/7 days. I try to stop by one as often as I can when I'm in San Antonio, usually after Spurs games.
