Probably the most widely used site by ALL college students. The catch? You need to have a college email addy to sign up. There are other sites, but they are much more individualized by school.

Alon .
Popular sites that provide essays? Like for printing up and claiming as your own? If so, that's really lame.

Thefacebook is probably your best bet, but you've got to have a college e-mail address, and it has to be one of the colleges listed on their site. Try www.myspace.com or just type in "college forums" or "college message boards" into Google.

I doubt it's for that if he lives in Israel. Anyways, I'm not sure if it would be useful or not because it is kind of off topic, but American's like Mapquest.com. Mapquest.com is a site that gives you driving directions.

It's stupid and sexual but surprisingly hilarious. It's mostly run by frat boys and I hate frat boys yet I still like this site. That's sayinf something. by the way, It DOES NOT reflect upon all college students.

And wow, Chip. Pretty judgmental, huh?

You'll probably have better luck with Facebook then Myspace. Because Facebook's tailored specifically for college students, it's really popular with them (us). As Chip said, though, you need a college email account to access the information. If you don't have one, go with MySpace, but it's harder to find things there.
As for essays, sorry, I don't know what I can tell you. If there was a popular site that distributed essays, I'm sure many of us would know.
