Anyone here that has "juiced" or know people who has?

My bench has been stuck at 365 since april. I have been cutting dropped down from 230lbs down to 200 and have dropped my bf from 14 to 9%:)

Problem is i like my lean muscle mass and don't want to put on anymore weight. So if i ran a small cycle of dbol and drink plenty of milk thistle i should be fine to add some more strenght.

Does anyone have any expierence or knows of anybody that has juiced?

Your penis and other genitalia will shrink, plus you'll get angry and moody, like many women during their period. That's what I know from those who have juiced on my HS football team. A few years ago, some kid not far from here was so depressed from taking steroids that he committed suicide.

Don't take steroids, just keeping working the weight room. Every sport has a plateau (it's hard to improve for quite a while), I had mine in swimming a year back. My times just wouldn't go up; I even bought a Fastskin technical suit, but nothing happened. I kept plugging away, and finally, my times started to drop again. You'll get there buddy, just don't juice up.

I didn't know there was another serious weightlifter on this site...

Keep away from the steroids, though, any gains they might give are quickly overshadowed by the negative effects. Increasing your strength while keeping your weight steady is a pretty slow process, so I'm not surprised you've hit a temporary plateau with your bench, it happened to me a few years ago. Just keep working hard and eventually you'll see it creep up again. I'm not sure how far you'll be able to get without gaining weight, how high were you hoping to go?

Your penis isn't worth that extra little bit of bicep.

I want to break into the 400lb bench press club. Right now i am consuming 2500 calories daily with 400 grams of protien daily, and only essential fats of ANPB and flax oil, and healthy carbs such as yams and oats. I know the only way to add strenght and size is to eat about 500 more calories than my body mass index but i want to stay at my weight.

You'll have to eat more calories than that. The recommened allowance of calories for average sedentary people is already 2,000 calories a day. The body does need some carbs and fats besides what you're eating. In fact, at 2,500 calories a day, you'll probably start losing weight soon. So I would recommend raising it to the 3,000, possibly slightly higher than that even. Try it for a couple weeks and you'll see that you can probably increase your strength. And if you do gain any extra fat weight that you're not happy with, you can always cut right back down and lose the little fat that you gained in no time.

This is what i am on right now.

5:00 AM. 20mg ephedra and 200 mg caffeine.
RUN: 5 miles

lunch time, 1:00 another 20mg ephedra and 200 mg caffeine,(Best weight loss stack on the planet!)

9:00 Lift.
mondays, Chest
Tuesday, back/shoulders
wed. rest
thurs, arms
fri, legs,
sat, sun, rest.

I am throwing in 10g of pure cee to keep me from losing strenght while cutting.

I have a protein shake before and after my workouts. I would take the time to list my diet but like i said, 400 grams of protein, essential fats of anpb and flax, and yams and brown rice are my carbs of choice.

It is impossible to both cut and gain lean body mass, but i don't care about that i just want my strenght to go up to impress girls at the gym and for bragging rights. I have been reading up on steroids for a while now.

Right now i am cranky as hell while on the ephedra caffeine stack, so if i get on the juice i would be dangerous, lol.

would you really feel good about yourself if you got past 365 only because of steroids. Yeah, you'' get stronger, but at a terrible cost

Nothing impresses women more than a bad attitude and shrunken genitals.

Seriously, you've had the dedication to get to where you are without 'roids, you can get further.

What brand of protein do you use? I've been pretty happy with Isopure, but my goal set is somewhat different from yours.

This is my chest day.

I use the 5x5 method.

THis is my typical chest day.

I do a main compund movement for 5 sets of 5 reps.

then 2-3 auxillary exercises of 2 sets to failure.

I start off with a lighter weight on my 5x5 flat bench. I run this in 8 week intervals. What i do is each week i go up 5 pounds till i cannot complete 5 sets of 5. Then after thati start doing 5 sets of 4 then so on till i plateau.

Like for me on this cycle i am starting off at 265lbs then each week go up 5 pounds.

For the auxillary exercises i do:

Incline DB press: 120lbs to failure
Incline Flyes: 60lbs to failure
Pec Deck: To failure.

THis is the only way i have made gains. THen after the cycle is over take a week off and hit it again, and 9 out of ten times you will put on more weight each week till plateau:)

I know that you're really happy that you're losing weight and all but you know that muscle weighs at least twice as much as fat right?

Do you have any idea how hard it is to go from mid teens body fat down to single digits??????. It is super hard to lose body fat and stay strong at the same time. (Naturally like i do):)

Well, I have 2.4 percent BF, and although I'm really not that strong, it was really easy converting 8.9 percent fat to 2.4 percent fat, I just practiced about 11,000 yards a day (2 practices+dry-land practice), 5 days a week.

I used to be 6% body fat and I never touched any weight equipment in my life. Just a lot of long, hard basketball practices.

I juice all the time. I prefer cherry Starburst over orange. Strawberry is a close third.

You would die at 2%, men need at least 3% of essential fat. Body buliders are 4-8%. No offense but your results are wrong.

Why are you so worried about how much you lift? I'm taking a weight training and nutrition class right now and my coach always tells us that technique is much more important than the amount of pounds you put on the equipment. If you have the technique with a good amount of weight, you'd probably get the same results as with a 400 pound. I could care less how much I'm lifting as long as I know my body is getting stronger, nobody really cares how much weight a person can lift. My coach never congradulates us on how weight we're lifting, he always mentions our technique though. But whether you want to listen to me or not, that's your choice.

BTW, whoever asked why would you want to gain weight, well when you gain weight you can then replace the fat you gained by muscle thus giving you more muscle mass. Your body just doesn't make muscle. I'm in the process of trying to gain about 15-20 pounds right now.

geez east coastn, just say your weak. I probably have better form then you plus i lift 3-4 times what you can. BTW the only way to keep on getting stronger and building more muscle is to lift more weight.

So east coastn thanks for the advice but i am not taking it:)

and east coastn if i was you i would be eating 6 pounds of grilled chix, several cups of brown rice cause it has a low GI + yams, and taking in flax and anpb. Eat every 1.5 hours. Lift balls to the wall, and concentrate on getting stronger. Eat clean and you will gain weight and muscle but not put on much body fat. Your ball season starts in probably a month, so i feel like if you want to make your goal by the start of the season. Your a prime canidate to juice:)

I have 2.4% body fat. It was measured with calipers and an electronic machine. I am 5'11" and weigh 140 pounds. My bench is 135, squat 225, leg press 720 (machine max). Yes, that is an accurate leg press, I have really strong legs, but not so strong arms. I'm not a body-builder though, I'm a swimmer.

And YoungStud, it is entirely possible to have bodyfat under 3 percent. My cousin, a track All-American his freshmen year (3200 meters) has a BF percentage of 1.2%, and one of my close friends, who climbs mountains (his highest so far is Aconcagua) has a BF of .8%. Yes, .8%, and he's in better shape than I am by a good bit.
