| Sweetest Day
So, what is this? I was just talking to a friend and he informed me that Halmark invented a holiday called Sweetest Day; apparantly it's Valentines Day in October. I for one have never heard of this day, and it just goes to show that companies will do anything to make a profit, including making up fake holidays. So, what's everybody else's thought on this, or do people even know about this day?

I knew about it, just didnt know the exact day. But i heard of it. Im my opinion valentines is stupid, i personally think its stupid that everyone that fights makes up just for one day to show each other they "love" each other, i myself try to spend everyday i can with my girlfriend and make it our own valentines everday.

Hallmark and Hershey's presents; SWEETEST DAY: with a VENGENCE. I have heard this holiday spoofed on The Simpsons as "Love Day". To me, the only holidays that matter are ones that I could get school days off.

That's stupid. Hallmark is just trying to make more of a profit. You know people will buy cards for it. They could say "today is buy a card day" and people would buy cards.
