I love the weather this year in Charlotte. We have been about 10 degrees below normal almost every day and alot of those days the humidity has not been so high.

It was raining here about an hour or two ago. It looks like it stopped and I hope it doesn't rain tomorrow because I'm going back up to SFOG(as a guest).

Severe thunder storms here, several tornadoes actually touched down in the GTA.
One touched down near my girlfriend's house and the aftermath pictures showed cars flipped over, roofs gone, and trees uprooted and thrown across streets.

Nothing like a rainbow and tornado warning for today, and a nice downpour in which I got soaked to the bone. Great light show by Mother Nature.

For the first time since May 14, we've failed to reach 100 degrees.

Today only topped out at 98 degrees, which ends a streak of 107 consecutive days with highs in the triple-digits. Tomorrow's high is looking at much cooler 94 degrees, and then one more day of cooler after that, before we climb back into the triple-digits.

The weather was as mean as could be to a coaster enthusiast on Saturday. I drove through Tropical Storm Danny on Saturday on my way to Boston. Getting any Maine coasters had to be canceled.

Back in New Jersey I'm enjoying these cool days and nights. I have my window open tonight.

Feels more like October/November....only 91 degrees today and rainy most of the day. Actually needed a sweater early in the morning and still was shivering. It's going to stay on the cool and rainy side all weekend.

Still raining(but not as hard as it was earlier this week) here in Georgia for the whole Northern part of the state (pretty much from Atlanta all the way to the TN state line).

A very cold awakening to a chilling low of 66 degrees at 7 AM on Thursday early morning. A strong cold front and winds combined with rain made it feel really cold outside.

Thankfully order is restored on Monday when we return to a more comfortable 96 degrees and 101 on Tuesday.

Its 56 degrees and partly cloudy tonight. With a high tomorrow expected to reach 79 and then drop to 72 Monday. Starting to feel like fall in Southern Illinois.

Back in the triple-digits again in South Texas for about the next week....looking at 103 degrees today in my home town with a heat index expected to reach 113 degrees. And 100 degrees tomorrow. Wishing this would keep up; I am not ready for cold weather yet.

Central and East Texas looking at low 90s.

Supposed to be in the 60s all week, but so far in the 50s. I'll be sleeping during the "heat" of the day.

An overnight low of 86 degrees early this morning -- a rarity in October. And climbed to 103 degrees this afternoon, with the heat index of 114 degrees, which is also fairly infrequent for this time of the year.

Our second cold front arriving tomorrow will plunge our temperature way down to low 80s, which will end our current streak of four straight days in the triple-digits.

Meanwhile heading 666 miles north to Amarillo, on the other side of Texas, they are expecting to drop very close to freezing tonight.

We have another cold front on the way tomorrow night as evidenced by our extended forecast.

I thought it was snowing earlier and I thought to myself: snow? In Georgia? In October? Then I watched the news after the race and they said we might get snow some time in the next few days.

After a cold weekend, climbing back up to 90 degrees tomorrow afternoon, then an overnight low of 81 degrees tomorrow night, and 92 on Thursday.

Got up to 88 degrees this afternoon and once again looking at 90 degrees for tomorrow, with the heat index in the low-to-mid 90s.

A brief glimpse of summer before another cold front....it was 100 degrees this afternoon in my home area with a heat index of 106 -- just short of our November record.

Then back to chilling weather after the cold front, looking at 77 degrees on Monday.

I believe I heard thunder here in November today.

Governor Jon Corzine is declaring a state of emergency for the 6 counties that experienced shore flood damage this past weekend with the remnants of Tropical Storm Ida. Parts of the Boardwalk along the Jersey shore are messed up. It looks like Morey's made it out ok.

A warm front rarely associated with severe weather will sweep through tomorrow. Looking at 72 degrees overnight tonight and then climbing to 88 degrees this weekend.
