Zillow is a cool real estate estimate site that gives you a current market value estimate of your home. Which is really interesting, it splits by lots, and fluctuates with the housing market and has a Google map satellite view.

Mine came up at $1,500,075.

They're on crack. At least for my neighborhood. They have my house priced at 128% of it's market value, and that's 128% of an optimistic market value.

My neighbor got a big new house, and all I got was his lousy payments

Lists my parent's house as $146K. Sounds about right to me. Not bad for 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bath.

It also lists my sister's house at $202K, about $4K more than what it was on market in 2006.

It's close for my parentals' house. Our house doesn't have an attic and only a crawlspace attic. It's almost the highest in the neighborhood because it's young at being 22 years old in the neighborhood.

Ours is $348,000. Sounds about right since all the home prices have skyrocketed within the past few years. My parents paid about $225,000 for it. Most of the other homes around us cost $700,000 and up.

It can't find my house. That is one of the things I like most about living here, most internet maps can't find my address

My old house, where I used to rent came in at $248,000, which is about right I guess for that neighborhood

It was pretty close to my parents house. In 2003 my parents paid $323,000 and it says it's worth $387,000.
