How did YOU spend your Halloween?

Did you get dressed up and go Tricks for treats? Did you find a pumpkin patch and await the Great Pumpkin? Did you hand out candy to the little beggars instead? Did you go to a party, or in the case of Kent/Athens (Ohio) head for the big bash?

Myself, I had my old Scream costume that is slightly burnt. I saw plenty of oddities that only seemed normal for Halloween in Kent.

I ended up taking the kids for trick or treating and handing out candy with my in-laws for a little while.

Rented some horror movies and ordered some Chinese food with my girlfriend. It was a good night.

I had one costume where I rode around on my longboard wearing all black with a blank white mask, scaring people. But mainly I was a 70's guy, which was just an afro and 70's style clothes. One party I went to had a DJ, so I went with my all white 'king of disco' costume.

Set up all my props at my aunt and Uncles new house (helped them move all morning). Handed out Candy to the first few kids that came by. Most creative has to go to a little boy dressed as a robot. I then went around the neighborhood with my nieces and cousin my. Oldest Corps Bride, twins Clown and Raggedy Ann, and my cousin Scary movie, What's up, ghost face)

I dressed up as the Burger King and gave out candy to kids. One girl is real clever: she told me my last three costumes. I had one little girl run back to her mother. I know the kids are surprised when I open the door. I have to keep it up next year. My Phillies were then on so I didn't go out to the bar to see some scantily clad women. Ironically I wanted to find someone all buttoned up and apron wearing as Flo, the Progressive girl.

Went to the Ohio State football game!

Best costume I saw was the dude from the Hangover with a baby attached wearing sun glasses.

I dressed up as Michael Myers for the 4th year in a row. We didn't have many trick or treaters to scare this year because of rain, so I got tired of that pretty quick. So, me and a couple friends that came over watched Halloween movies til about 3 in the morning.

And it likes to make this loud noise right over the booth, like it's falling apart. OH wait, it's Vekoma. Never mind.

I didn't do anything. I would have preferred to go to SFOG.

I watched Halloween (1978) the truck race, and most of Halloween III (Yes I like Halloween III) before I fell asleep. Also my great aunt died which kind of sucked the mood out of Halloween.

I went home for the weekend, and went to a party there. I was Milton from Office Space. Yeah, I know, I should see what Kent Halloween is all about, but frankly, I hate crowds (especially drunk ones), and I don't like parties unless I know most of the people there.

At least one of the years you're at KSU, you'll have to catch the downtown celebration. I'm not a big fan of crowds, so I leave just as it gets crowded. Just walking down 59 by some of the frat houses, as well as down Lincoln, and you'll see a great variety.

Also, in Kent, over 100 people were arrested. Some 60% of them for alcohol violations. I wonder how bad the Halloween celebration at Ohio U in Athens was.

Yeah, I'll have to see it one of these years just to see what it's all about. I've still got a few years, so I'll get around to it.
