Hyper Rails Help Needed!!

Okay, this may sound a bit primitive, but could somebody please tell me STEP-BY-STEP how to download a ride? I've tried to download a 4-D and an inverted and it goes onto the desktop because when I look under my hard drive, there's no HR. It's only in the CD-Drive. Or is it?

Please, I need help! Thank you SOOO much in advance!
