The only thing this game needs is more track options...then it would be perfect! So just a whole expansion pack devoted to many different track elements.

Name: Even more Added Attractions (cause I can't figure out a good name)

Additions: All roller coasters that have helixes now have both half-helix (in big and small) and quarter helix (in big and small), additionally all have exit-bank curve pieces (both in big and small)-(i've only seen these on the steel-twister so far)

Transport Rides:
Chairlift: Cars that seat four people. Each station can have up to 12 cars (instead of 12 for the whole ride)

Both monorails can be 72ft above ground (if needed)

Gentle Rides:

Minature Golf has 5 more hole options (for a full 9 holes of mini-golf), can hold up to 36 people at a time.

Ghost train has more train options.

Roller-coasters:

All coasters would have the ability to bank as you go up or down and the power-launch ability (as opposed to continuous circuit.)

Virginia Reel contains spinning track...as car passes over, it spins in whatever direction is specified during contruction. Similar to the River Rapids whirlpool.

Wooden Coaster now contains banked helixes and can go up to 160ft.

Wood Twister has helixes in all three curve types, and long steep twist (in addition to short steep twist) for more twisted creations.

Steel Mini Coaster now goes up to 96ft and now has Wildcat Cars (Wildcat coasters are banked wild mouse types.) Spinning cars will work with banked track, but this lowers excitement as cars won't spin. Tobbagon cars are added, and vertical pipe lift for tobbogan cars (Only Tobbogan Cars and Rocket Cars can use this type.) Track can also go 1ft underwater (for Matterhorn splashdown-like endings.)

Runaway Mine Train now has track options like the wooden twister, plus new train: one without the "engine" front piece. Powered track (ala Thunder Run): comes in straight, hills, helixes, and curves (banked and not.) Train also can be up to 12 cars long.

Steel Coaster now has powered tire-drive lift (in curves and regular) Tire lift hill speed is adjustable. Also contains large loop, and more track options like the wood-twister. Long steep twist added. Banked curves come in 50 degree and new 80 degree (all three sizes.) but you must bank into 50 to enter or leave 80 degrees. Ride now can go up to 180ft.

Standup Steel (TOGO lookalike): Now has banked helixes and backwards train. Banked Curves go to 60 degrees.

Steel Corkscrew (Arrow): Now with 4th dimension trains and new fourth dimension track (useless with hypercoaster or corkscrew trains) which allows you to adjust the tilt of the seats. Hypercoaster train can be used with vertical loops and corkscrews (thanks to FOF to showing the way), but will cost more to run coaster and some peeps won't ride. New large corkscrew track and larger loops and half-loops. All three trains come in backwards as well.

Steel Twister (B & M): Hypercoaster trains can be used with loops, in-line twists and corkscrews, but will cost more and some peeps won't ride. More track options like those found on the wood twister.

Suspended Coaster: Track now can be banked, lots of track options (like on the wood twister), New adjusted physics (so when the laterals are soaked up by the train swinging, its shows on the graph and helps keep intensity down.) Flugbahn train has been added (very large once piece train.)

Suspended Looping Coaster: More track options now availiable (i.e. Wood Twister) for more twisted designs.

Single Rail Coaster (Steeplechase): More track options for more twisted designs.

Bobsled: Shallow Hill options (even shallower than the ones now featured) so the train can go over the hill without flying off the track. More Curve options and banked helixes. Covered track now avaliable.

Heartline Coaster: 90 degree lift and drop now added.

Flying Dutchman: Now features loops and corkscrew where the train faces outward (watch the negative G's), which are more exciting. Now with reverse incline launch and power launch modes (cause we all know Vekoma will probably do a "boomerang" version of its flying coaster eventually.) Also contains larger loops and corkscrews, and longer inline-twists (for higher speeds)

Vertical Coaster (SW4): Now with power-launch and reverse incline modes.

Thrust-air: Now with more track curve options, hills and better base representation (meaning you can now put a coaster or path through the thrust-air vertical track structure up to a certain point. Can also be used as a shuttle-ride.

New Coaster Type: Pipeline Coaster: Contains all the track types found in Steel Corkscrew & Steel Twister. Drop is up to 90 degrees, ability to roll in drop and straight out.

Thrill Rides: Rainbow and Turbo have been added.

Water Rides: All water-ride lifthills have adjustable speeds (from 0-7mph), all water channels (except for drops and special pieces) have adjustable speeds (from 2-10mph.)

Log Ride & Shoot the Chutes ride have more curve options. River Rapids has "squirt" track pieces added. In addition any statue near the river raft ride channel can be set to shoot water at the riders.

Food Stands: All food stands have the option of letting you add additional things to the menu (i.e. burgers are the default at the burger stand, but you may add: Fat Burgers, Chicken Burger, Veggie Burger.) Peeps also can have up to two umbrellas and 4 different balloons.

Landscape Options: More lamposts are availble now. Small gardens can be placed on flat sections of hills. More fountains (including one that squirts red liquid in the spooky themeing) are added. All fences with gates have been added; handymen, and mechanics will occasionally go through the gates. Also Mechanics will occasionally walk up to the top of the first lift-hill on all wooden coasters to inspect them.

Well thats alot, but its nice to dream eh?

[ This Message was edited by: Smoky on 2001-06-05 03:01 ]

for one, it would be nice to have flat rides underground. secondly, to expand on the ghost train and a few other rides, it would be nice to have animatronics. (think of the possibilites!)

I agree with everything Smoky said especially on the flying dutchmen coasters. (My favorite ones to build.) I would much rather have a lot more additions in coasters, flat rides, and WATER Rides than have my coasters 3-D.

I love Smoky's ideas. And I agree about the animatronics. It would make building those rides much more exciting. I also think that the skycoaster is agood idea, too. Sadly, I heard that the last expansion maxed out the engine, so we'll never see another expansion.
