I don't think so. But if it does, I hope it includes more thrill rides (Screaming Swing) and Carnival Games.

Most modern computers can't even handle RCT3 all that well. Don't expect a fourth for quite a few years. |

The franchise went to hell with the 3rd installment. They didn't even make all the expansions they originally had planned. |

I wish they would make a 4th installment. If they don't, they should atleast have a download expansion with new ride and coaster styles (Screamin' Swing, etc.)

I wish they would make an RCT 2.5. The game was so much better before they went three-dimensional.

They should make an RCT4 collaborated with No Limits. Like, you can design and theme your coaster as cutomizeable as you want, and then simply load it into the game and ti will take up X amount of room. It would look better. But they should make the game itself look more like 1 & 2, simply with better looking coasters. Hell, I'd be happy if they just made another RCT2 with newere more updated rides and called it RCT4. They should've left the garbage for Sim Theme Park and Sim Coaster.

Honestly. RCT3 is an alright game, but its easily an uninteresting game because its so slow, and for me personally, I can't find myself theming any of my parks, either because of limited space, or because of lack of experience. I love RCT2 and I would love to see a fourth installment, with the same angles as RCT1 & 2 except with more coaster types, less restrictions (more angle options, more elements, etc.) and larger rides (not limited to the two three and four square units) making giant frisbees, screamin' swings, and revolutions/evolutions available for riding. Also get rid of the ugly pads that the rides sit on, and offer a larger scenery capacity.

| screaming swing would be awesome to have. I have always wanted a complete CP recreation. But I can't because there is no S&S Screaming Swing for Skyhawk. And I love Skyhawk, so we can't forget it.

I would love an RCT4 but like someone already said if they go back to the RCT2 look it would sell alot better. I just hated RCT3 and i think i played it for like a week and called it quits. Bad move going 3-D.

I think that 3D wasn't necesserally a bad move, it was just executed poorly. I think it was too early. What they should do is give you a choice between 2D and 3D. Other than that, we need games, way more flat rides, several more coasters, a few more gentle rides, steeper and more realistic track elements, and rides, foods, and games employees (wouldn't it be cool to see a little peep in uniform checking harnesses?).

I think that RCT3 is a good ride but needs to be fixed a bit. If they made RCT4, they should make track work a lot better. In all of the games, the tracks give you what you can add on. It would be nice the work the like you do in No Limits. It would also be cool of they made the station look like real station with the gates and people who checked the harnesses. And like everyone has said, they need more rides and games. They need real rides that can be found in parks. Not rides that don't exist yet. I do agree with most everyone. If they made RCT4, it should be more like RCT2. That was a classic game.

Only if Chris Sawyer makes it and keeps it away from Atari.

I agree with the No Limits/RCT idea, each time I play either game I am wishing they could be combined. I liked RCT3 though, it's just that whenever I am building a huge park for PP I eventually lose my motivation to finish it (which is why maybe one made it into a contest, and that I think was RCT2). If I come back to finish it a few months later, I forget where I was going with that park, which sucks.

Only if they go back to the old game style. The RCT 1 and 2 game play was a million times better. I never got into RCT 3, it just sits in its case next to my computer because after playing it once I lost all desire to touch it ever again.

I saw RCT3 and the requirements for PC and I passed. Plus it didn't look like fun. Let Chris Sawyer do the designing (as one user already said), and then I'll think about buying it.

^^ I agree. It was neat that they made it 3D and all, but it didn't have "the magic" that the first 2 had. If they do make a fourth they should make it like Thrillville in that you can do alot more than make rides and ride them. Like you can actually drive the go-karts instead of just being the backseat driver. Or like Zoo Tycoon 2 where you can walk anywhere in the park. ^That's the other thing. I think it would be cool if you could design a peep and actually visit the park as the peep (not just follow the thing around on top of his or her head like in RCT3, but actually control the movements and decisions). I'd like to advance that employees concept I was talking about a little further. I think that having a strong team of employees is just as much part of operating a park as are finances and new rides. We should have ticket takers, PR and HR people, department directors, team leads, supervisors, and even managers. Maybe you wouldn't even have to hire these people or worry about paying them. They would work the same way as the "ride people" work in RCT3. Maybe you get all the higher-up employees when you build an employee commons or management office at the start of the game, team leads and supervisors after a certain number of attractions are built, and ticket takers whenever a ticket booth is built. Two last things that I've always thought would be completely sweet. First, to make it possible to switch to "real time." In other words, 1 min=1 min, 1 sec=1 sec, 1 hr=1 hr, 1 day=1 day, etc. It would skip the off-season and would not be available for time-oriented scenarios until that time limit had expired. I've thought it would be cool to do a real-time park. This is just for fun. Second, to completely change the process for constructing a new ride. After deciding which ride you'd like to make, the game would take you to a virtual version of your park, where you would design or place the ride, then click "Construct" or something to that effect. You would go back to your park and see construction workers building the ride (flags->land clearing->footers->supports->track->trains->scenery->testing->finishing touches->opening; the whole shebang). You would probably test the ride while designing it, but you would still be alerted before testing began in your park. That would be seriously cool.
